Went to the lake so far I’m at 91 cals at 3:02 pm I’m doing really good! Should have been zero but I had to have 2 star bursts, a small bite of a Nutella cookie thing, and 10 pistachios 🙃 shoulda just said no lol but what ever it helps my breast milk gonna try and not eat for a while when I get home

I decided to have a metabolism day and I feel like a fat cow 🐄 fr cause I ate 1,500 cals but I NEEDED it and everything except for the 2 Oreos was healthy like watermelon, fruit, oatmeal, salad and mini wheats (gotta have them to shit) but yeah an hour ago I was at 800 cals but like I said needed to do a metabolism day and the food I ate was to shit and for my breast milk so it’s a win in my book cause more breast milk I produce more cals I burn so it’s like I never eat the oatmeal technically cause of my pumping so more like 1,200 cals

the pillow to cover your stomach
the fluffing/tugging of baggy shirts to make you look smaller
the portioning of food by comparing your plate to those smaller than you
the pulling of clothing to make sure that the tighter pieces cover the rolls
but then again this might just be an ed thing
