继续为今年7月Wu Tang新专辑A Better Tomorrow的发布宣传造势，Wu Tang成员RZA 再度向大家了公布了一首从未收录在之前所有专辑里的单曲Family Reunion,不同于上次的bandcamp发布，这一次RZA把单曲推送给了newyork hiphop radio Hot 97 hip hop电台节目 Peter Rosenberg 和 Cipha Sounds 主持的，像之前在bandcamp上公布的单曲”Execution in Autumn”一样，我们依然不清楚这首新单曲Family Reunion会否收录在7月的最新专辑中。

The legacy of NYC skateboarding seems to grow exponentially with every passing generation. Today, Manhattan and the four other boroughs—The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island house more professional skateboarders, skateparks, and legendary spots than ever before, and NYC sits high on the industry radar as one of the most coveted cities on the planet—be it for photos/footage, shop real estate, or outright trendsetting supremacy. From the skate scene’s genesis back in the ’70s and ’80s to the raw street golden era that blossomed through the ’90s, NYC skate culture might just be the richest blend of uncut authenticity on the planet. In ode to the city’s forefathers, the following week of videos seeks to merge past with present and give the big picture as to how things have and have not changed in the Big Apple. Dedicated to all NYC skaters—past, present, and future.

美国东岸滑板品牌Habitat正式宣布旗下两大滑手Mark Suciu 以及 Brian Delatorre 转升为Pro，他们的签名板面将在今年秋季8月份推出，同时Habitat还将在今年年底发布滑板整片（full length video)。

成立于1964的Skateboard Magazine是全世界第一本专业滑板杂志。在近50年后的今天（实际上是4月16日），又划时代的走在了行业的先头，推出了第一本线上版本的滑板杂志（免费提供在线阅读和app在线下载），在线版本将会在传统杂志（文字+图片）的基础形式上加入视频等动态画面内容，此外在产品宣传版块，Skateboarder Magazine将直接提供产品在线购买链接，进一步为用户创造更佳具有互动感的阅读体验。针对付费用户（每期支付$5.99），Skateboarder Magazine将会继续推出纸质印刷杂志，独立刊登线上杂志之外的更多独家内容及图片报道，纸质印刷版本将仅限在滑板店铺贩售。原先的杂志订阅传统模式将从此会退出历史舞台。

旁边儿即兴聚会图片回顾(Recap)

还是选择了旁边儿.com发起的每周3即兴夜，诚实的说免费是一主要原因，再则我已经看过信马由疆的多场表演（感觉他们的演出是不是过于频繁了？），相比张守望的个人实验项目，我更感兴趣Soviet Pop，到场之后发现观众依然寥寥无几，偏实验的即兴表演对大多数人而言相信会毫无乐趣而言，不知道Josh是否会在今后的活动里也取消门票，不过这样一来那些参演音乐人的车钱可要自己掏了。

当晚的即兴活动，Andy Hasenpflug通过合成器将自己的人声模拟变形，并配合一系列打击乐器发声，其中包括小石子的撞击声（估计是从海边沙滩上的捡来的），他的音乐不知为何总让我想起俄罗斯歌剧的感觉,而且是特病态的那种）；由于到时已晚，Michael Cupoli的表演我只赶上了最后一小段，很巧刚好赶上音乐的高潮部分，悦耳的电子乐效果让你有种希望在黑夜的城市上空穿梭的欲望；至于李青和李维思的Soviet Pop部分，我倒是觉得他们制造的声音像极了电报机的发声，李青守着的那台黑黑大大四方电子体（我当时一直在替他们着急该如何搬运出5道营胡同），似乎在研究各种电流的脉冲，寻找着也许潜在的高潮，李维思则静坐远处，控制着效果合成器，在我眼里，他们活生生就是实验室里的科学家，都带着高度眼镜。
