its been 6? 7? months since i last posted and im so happy to no longer be so dependent on this platform but god do i miss it sometimes .

updates!!!

- R and i still talk! 2.5 years post graduation

- she said she loved me for the first time evr the other day (in a platonic way!!!!!! we r friends) lloolllzzzzz which is also why i logged on here i was like Whoa . imagine if my tumblr community in 2017 woulda known this would happen eventually

- for my uni i have to go abroad to work there for 10wks and ive chosen to live with someone i MET ON HERE??????? weve known each other for 5 years and still talk which is crazy

I have been scrolling thru your blog (btw nice blog legend) and I have seen something about love for a teacher morphing over time. I have known my TC for 10 years, since middle school. We still talk sometimes. The thing I have noticed is that the love I have for her morphed into the kind of love I would have for my parent. although that probably has to do with the fact I have not great parents. But the feeling hasn't gotten weaker, so I live with it... Yea hope this helps 💯

hii omg yeah i def agree ! ive known R for 5 years now and iv truly gone from mmmmm is this a crush?? to complete obsession n now im jus... chilling? idt ill ever see her as a parent bc shes not that much older than me but now that u mention family relationships i think she could potentially be like a sister to me honestly . sister/friend/something morphed together . thanks sm by the way!

I always tend to get to know my teachers quite well. I'm always early to class so often times I'll end up sitting alone with the teacher for awhile and talking. However she is the only teacher who always shows up exactly on the time we start class. ugh but she's so dorky and cute I just want to get to talk to her more.

oh BOOOOOO thats so annoying!!!! this is prob an old as hell ask cause iv not been on in so long so i hope u found a way to talk to her in the meantime!!

Left school a few years ago but also had an issue with a female tc and then went on to have the same issue with another authority figure. it’s often the same thing as ‘erotic transference’. Just btw.

i mean in my case its not at ALL sexual but yeah thats def smtn that can happen!!

my friend reminded me of the fact that tumblr exists so i redownloaded the app and oh my god !!! i still get notes EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hi!! how have u all been!!

ive not been on here for a literal year so heres a lil update??? i finally showed her my tattoo (that symbolizes her) and she had the most positive reaction which i was so so so happy with, also her son is still in and out of hospitals after his accident (his situation is improving tho!!!) and shes not been at school until the last two months because she had to take care of him. we still text a lottt n hang out occasionally so honestly? nothing has changed

People always ask me when they should confess they have feelings for their teacher. I tell everyone the same thing which is: wait until you are old enough and they are no longer your teacher.

I say this for several reasons:

1) There is a higher chance of them confessing they have feelings for you as well 2) You are no longer their student, therefore there is no reason for the school board to get involved 3) It shows you have maturity 4) If they end up not liking you back, there won’t be that wall of awkwardness between you two
