Stop guilt tripping people into reblogging your posts. No one has to reblog it; they’re not a bad person for choosing to reblog your aesthetic posts over your other posts that have to do with war and tragedy. Many of us are on tumblr to get away from seeing that stuff everywhere; many of us get anxiety attacks when we see it. It takes a toll on your mental health. Maybe they don’t reblog it on here, but they share it and talk about it outside of tumblr. Maybe tumblr is their happy place.

You don’t know the reason why someone doesn’t want to reblog something like that.

To my followers: you don’t ever have to reblog a post. Period. No matter how manipulative it may seem, you are never obligated to reblog it.

I had a therapist that said, figure out where you feel your anxiety the most and tighten and/or squeeze that part. Do that for about 10 seconds. Also taking a bath or listening to music could help!! Also stress balls seem to work! Sorry if this doesnt help. -💖🌸
