Head tilts, a soft “rooo?” emanating from the wolf. She didn’t expect the pup to be able to see her markings, most creatures seemed unaware of her godhood this generation. Only those who truly believed in magic and the gods could witness her markings, and those who believed in her could see the Divine Instrument floating aflame upon her back.

She had merely gotten down to be at the level of the canine, to show she meant no ill will. If possible, she wanted to know where she was... and how to get out of the city.

“It is not paint. They are my Celestial Markings. Indicative of my power.” A pause. Amaterasu snorts.

“Forgive me, it’s hard remembering not everyone believes in gods or celestials anymore. The world has changed since I last slept. What is the name of this place?”

While magic was rare outside of their own contracts, Kyubey couldn’t feel much surprise at all at seeing Elsa’s hands reveal frost. After all, they had watched her for this long, it was common knowledge amongst the outsiders.

Ah, hesitation. While all Kyubey could do was retreat in those cases, they had a feeling, deep down, that they could convince this one somehow. There was lots of information laid bare that the Incubators had observed over the past few years- an accident, a sister unable to be seen, parents who didn’t understand.

“Elsa... This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you wished it, you could make anything happen. You could wish to control your magic. You could wish for your kingdom to be prosperous.” Head tilts, red eyes staring, unblinking.
