I’m at a point in my shifting journey where I am realizing how easy it is. I will shift. You will shift. Just keep going.

yall.. in the past week ive shifted 4-5 times. joining shiftingblr and leaving shiftok has really helped me a lot, crazy ive shifted more times here then i have with shiftok for the past 3 years. crazy shit

my shifting time went from 1 hour to 15 minutes in less then a week. i js keep getting scared when i feel by body floating / seeing / feeling my dr 🧍

Tired of shifttok constantly telling us that we have to do a certain thing in order to shift or what we're doing is probably holding us back from shifiting but then they end it with a "Remember! everyone's shifting journey is personal!!!" As if you weren't instructing us to feel detached from our CR to actually shift or do a method with lots of unnecessary steps 😀
