Ideally start laying down in a location of your choice, with your eyes closed or wearing an eye mask.

As you lay down begin to disconnect from your body however you wish, while envisioning bright colors running around your vision like lightning through a tunnel.

When you are ready envision the tunnel bursting into a white cloud covering your entire vision. This should be when you open your eyes and shift into your "Avatar" or simply into your DR.

Hyped because of the Disney reboot, but my gripe, aside from the usual concerns of a Ranger reboot, is the growth of the fandom

I know Power Rangers already has a cozy fandom space but my god if it gets bigger…hold my sanity down because I’ve seen how crazy people get in other spaces. I find something like classical or music without a lot of words works best but something else may work better for you

While listening to music you should imagine yourself from your POV as a part of this music. Your "essence" or whatever form it is if you have one, should move with the beat of the music while fading in and out.

You should feel like you are no longer in your body or your body is asleep while you're mentally awake(hopefully not in a sleep paralysis way).

You should only be focused on the music and while you are in your state begin to believe that you are music within your Dr.

Once comfortable with this new state, begin to re-engage yourself with the body of your Dr self.

Bonus: Instead of using any kind of music, use music connected to your Dr in some way. For example if you are a Legend of Zelda Shifter you could try and use music that features an ocarina or harp as those instruments are greatly associated with LoZ, you can also directly listen to music from the source material of your Dr.
