Jojo Shining Arrow takes place in the first Jojo universe, Pucci died of an aneurysm or something before he met Dio's kids, since having literally all fictional characters come to life would be kind of hard to explain away as people being chill with, yeah? Same deal with folks turning into snails. Because of that stands are pretty much unknown to people who don't have them and aren't a part of the Speedwagon Foundation.
I'm in the planning phase, so I'll figure it out later.
