Also the framing of Krav Maga here is so insidiousness. The creator of Krav Maga, Imrich Lichtenfeld, created it out based on experiences as Jew who experienced pogroms or wikipedia put antisemitic riots and having to flee the Nazis.

He felt that sports, he was boxer and wrestler, did not actually not actually prepare one for being in actual combat situations. So he started to create something that would.

He trained the Haganah and then when once Israel was established he trained the IDF as the Chief Instructor for Physical Fitness and Krav Maga at the IDF School of Combat Fitness.

Like that gives more context and makes it seem a bit less "evil" then how it is being framed above.

i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping
