imagine sitting beside your f/o on the couch watching one of your favorite movies with them. when you instruct them to pay close attention to this absolute masterpiece, they readily agree. however, the gleeful look on your face when the movie begins leaves them completely lovestruck, unable to keep their eyes off you for very long because you’re absolutely glowing under the light of the tv screen.

you chuckle at their repeated glances towards you, your face heating up as you pull them ever closer to you. you finally get a taste of your own medicine when you’re completely mesmerized by every reaction your f/o has to the movie. their laugh is like music to your ears, and they’re so concerned for the characters that it’s endearing. after the movie ends (or even before then if the two of you are feeling really affectionate), you end up on top of each other in a cuddle pile on the couch, falling asleep to the sound of each other’s breathing and the soft hum of the tv in the background.
