Moving Forward In Faith             July 2022
Thethrou
Tumblr media
Painting: The Voyage of Life by Thomas Cole
A recent blog post by farmer/author, Joel Salatin, spoke to “moving forward in faith instead of running away in fear.” That little slice of wise counsel has touched me deeply. The majority of my clients this year are either making major life changes or those changes are being made for them through divorce, job change, family upheavals, etc. Change can be exhilarating for some and for others, a source of tremendous anxiety.
I, too, am in a major change, and after three years in my rural Vermont cottage I have chosen to accept an invitation to live on a beautiful farm in northern Virginia. The farm belongs to an extraordinary woman I met through my work and she has become a friend, dear to my heart.  We will be starting a small healing center together next year and currently, we’re working on an event company that will include speaker events at the farm. We will also be creating a podcast where we’ll bring forth researched and relevant information as an assist to navigate this crazy reality we find ourselves in. I will continue to host my one-on-one retreats, in fact her gorgeous property is even more appropriate, and more centrally located for my work.
All that said, here I am at almost 60 starting a whole new chapter and risking what seemed like a very secure situation to embrace  a whole new life experience. I have asked myself what the hell I am thinking. The world is going to hell in a hand basket and I am starting a whole new life with plans for expansion in ways I couldn’t accomplish in my sweet sequestered haven. This is why Joel’s words have touched me to my core.
Our corporate-run media loves to perpetuate fear, division, doom and gloom. There is no doubt we are in a time where we must act with clarity, care and wisdom  as the structures around us come apart in a manufactured dissembling. In times of great upheaval there is also tremendous creative potential and I have chosen to embrace the creative forces of unlimited possibility. These forces have called me out of my soft cocoon to a larger experience. After being solo in my work for several years I am joining forces with a brilliant, visionary woman who creates with great artistry and heart. Together we will bring in beauty, wisdom and  healing.
Change is quite the catalyst and life will continually deliver endings and beginnings when we least expect it. Endeavor to maintain a clear and grounded mind and watch for signs that confirm or forewarn. Confer with wise friends. A spiritual connection is profoundly helpful as it prompts us to still ourselves and turn inward for insight and guidance. Then move forward in faith knowing that although the new chapter is not yet written in the 3D world, somewhere in the ethers the path is laid out and you will be guided.
In the words of my late teacher, Dr Brugh Joy, MD,
“More to be discovered . .  “

Something to Celebrate             January 2022
Tumblr media
At a time when just about everything we hear is fear-based and demoralizing it’s important to remember that this world holds infinite possibilities that extend universes beyond the relentless media yammering.  A recent retreat client turned me onto the work of Dr. Carolyn McMakin, who for the past 25 years has treated patients with FSM - Frequency Specific Microcurrent. I read her book, The Resonance Effect: How Frequency Specific Microcurrent is Changing Medicine, and I was blown away. She has achieved stunning results with conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, nerve pain, (the most difficult pain to treat), interstitial cystitis, and more. FSM dissolves scar tissue, which for burn victims is life-changing. It reduces inflammation and increases cellular energy by 500% without the use of synthetic pharmaceuticals.
What is Frequency Specific Microcurrent? FSM is a technique used for the treatment of pain and illness that delivers a low-level electrical current to a specific part of the body to affect the distorted frequency of that area and restore it to its proper function. This translates to the repair of tissue, a reduction or end to pain and inflammation, as well as a change in emotional state from depressed or anxious to a state of wellbeing. This approach isn’t new - in fact it has been used since the early 1900’s by MD’s and osteopaths in the US, UK and Germany. In 1934 the Flexner report came out (sponsored by Carnegie and Rockefeller) that rendered all frequency treatments as ineffective fakery. Homeopathy, herbs and other traditional medicine approaches were dismissed in favor of drugs and surgery only.
Dr Royal Raymond Rife was a John’s Hopkins trained American scientist who invented the virus microscope in 1920. Calling it the Universal Microscope, he was able to observe virus samples in their natural state and when he made changes to their environment he was able to see them transform normal cells into tumor cells. He also invented the heterodyning ultraviolet microscope, a micro-dissector and a micromanipulator. Dr Rife’s work was recognized with 14 major awards and honors, and he was given an honorary Doctorate by the University of Heidelberg.
Dr. Rife also invented the “Rife Machine,” which was a device that delivered low energy electromagnetic frequencies to areas of the body that were damaged or diseased. He discovered that every organism has its own frequency signature and that includes diseases, viruses, bacteria, etc. Through experimentation he found that by directing specific bio-frequencies to the affected area the disease microorganisms would be destroyed. As the bio-frequencies were tuned to the frequency of the microorganism, only the pathogenic cells would be affected while the surrounding cellular matrix remained unchanged. Dr Rife identified 24 microorganisms that include influenza, polio, herpes and pneumonia.
In 1934, Dr Rife was invited to conduct a human trial at Pasadena County Hospital where he used his frequency machine on 16 terminally ill cancer patients who had been examined by a team of doctors and pathologists. After 90 days of applying frequencies twice weekly, 14 of the patients were cured entirely of their cancer and 3 weeks later the other 2 patients were also cured. Rather than recognition for his ground-breaking work, Dr Rife was viciously attached by the American Medical Association, which banned the use of his machine to treat patients. His reputation was smeared and his office was broken into where his machines were destroyed and all his paperwork and research was stolen.  Other practitioners were also persecuted and all research including how the frequencies were developed along with the process, were lost.
Needless to say, Dr Carolyn McMakin steers clear of any claims that FSM will treat cancer, as that will result in the shut down of one’s practice. Dr McMakin picked up where Dr. Rife was cut off. In 1946 Dr. Harry Van Gelder bought a practice that came with a list of frequencies from 1922. Using the frequencies he found he could help folks no one else could help. George Douglas, a chiropractic student, worked with Van Gelder in the 80’s and brought home a copy of the list of frequencies. In 1995 he gifted Dr McMakin an old precision micro-current machine that is no longer made. That began her 25-year practice of applying the frequencies, experimenting and fine-tuning them to where she has achieved the kind of results many would call miraculous.
Dr. Rife’s currents were much higher amperes than the microcurrents that McMakin uses today. Her frequencies have repeatedly proven their efficacy over these past 25 years by not only Dr McMakin but by other practitioners as well. Dr McMakin has trained over 4000 practitioners and her training is not a casual endeavor, as the incorrect application of frequencies can harm rather than heal. You can learn more about FSM on her site where you can also search for a practitioner in your area: www.frequencyspecific.com
Here is a fantastic interview with Dr. McMakin from this past summer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVT2Ey1f44s&t=2s
I share this information to inspire those who are suffering from pain or illness to know that there is hope for the actual reversal of their condition rather than “management” with drugs and surgery. I also hope to inspire those of you who are wanting out of your job and are feeling called to a profession that provides actual healing for the many who are living with daily pain and/or illness. Life is an amazing journey and there is so much more to discover if we simply turn our attention away from the corporate media narrative to explore the vast realm of solutions waiting for us.
May 2022 be a year to think outside of the manufactured box to explore, discover and expand our potentials and embrace the genius of nature’s limitless gifts.

You Were Born for These Times       January 2021
Tumblr media
“I’m surrounded by people telling me these are the end of days. I’m surrounded by people telling me that statistically there’s no way out. Do you think I’m gonna take that remotely seriously? No. Because life is more magical than that. Stories are far more unexpected than that. And whilst I think it is utterly appropriate to bend our heads to the grief of our time, I’m not as a father going to be telling my children any time soon that all is doomed. That’s too morose a timeline for me. . . I tell the kids, whoever they are, whatever age, YOU WERE BORN FOR THESE TIMES!
God almighty, this is like you’re sitting at Camelot’s table. This is the moment to take courage, to raise yourself, to proceed with a degree of urgency, with a sense of humor, but to know that the mechanics of this time, the quests of this time, are utterly mythical in nature.”                 ~Martin Shaw, mythologist
I could not agree with Martin Shaw more. And welcome to 2021. And as an old warrior for wisdom and truth, I am not going down on my knees.
So, while the majority of folks have been glued to their televisions and social media platforms steeped in fear porn and marching in lockstep to the narrative with unquestioning compliance, I have long ago eschewed the propaganda machine to focus solely on my work with weekly retreat guests. My quest if you will, is to place my attention on the infinite genius of heart, mind and soul and I am witness to the innate ability of individuals to overcome, heal and grow, and step forth empowered. That is our birthright and there has been many a mythical story about overcoming destructive forces whether they be physical/mental/emotional challenges or a threat to the very soul of earth’s people.
We can achieve unlimited success on every level by turning off the mind control and reclaiming the fertile ground of our mind/body/spirit and our innate connection to Nature and the great Genius behind it.
I wrote in my April newsletter that this time we are in will birth “entrepreneurs and heroes” and we are going to need both. Martin Shaw’s reference to Camelot’s table stirred my heart, as I have made a study for the last several years of natural law, the principles of which have enhanced my life with their timeless wisdom. Camelot inspires the quest for truth, beauty and excellence. I look now at the manipulation of the masses by the few billionaires in power and I want to shake each and every person who is ushering in the dystopian ‘great reset” with their ignorance and blind trust.
For those with eyes to see and ears to hear, we are witnessing the onslaught of worldwide Communism as fundamental rights are being savaged in the name of the public good. The modern-day Carl Marx, Klaus Schwab, head of the World Economic Forum has been quoted saying, “You will own nothing and you will be happy.”  Former HUD secretary and whistleblower, Catherine Austin Fitts, lays out the scheme brilliantly in this interview for those interested:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1-0XKYAZII&feature=youtu.be
What Catherine doesn’t cover is jurisdiction. In law, Public and Private can’t mix. The Public is government, which is corporate in nature – a fictional entity - and the Private is the living man or woman. A maxim of scripture says, “Unequal things ought not to be joined.” Yet government wants to rule over our bodies and our minds and exercise jurisdiction over every facet of our existence.
I know many people who are understandably concerned about not having a choice regarding the sanctity of their body, as governments around the world begin a campaign of what will be eventual forced vaccination. We perish for our lack of knowledge and for me, that knowledge is the very foundation of Camelot, the principles of Truth that ensure mankind’s ability to live freely and in peace. The ancient Celts, my people, cherished sovereignty and for good reason because to live as someone’s slave is to be less than human.
The subject of jurisdiction is too vast for this newsletter but it is an ancient one and goes back to Rome and beyond. I have directed numerous folks to the following website to read in its entirety: https://theamericanstatesassembly.net/  This site provides potential remedy for those desiring to leave the public and enter the private.
Those interested would also be well served to read this superb book, which took me a while to find online:
https://www.docdroid.net/l4buFBX/maxwell-jordan-craking-the-code-pdf
A maxim of law says, “As a thing is bound, so it is unbound.” It is we, the People, who must rise up and unbind the Gordian knot of manipulation to reclaim our sovereignty as our ancestors once cherished. We are truly in mythic times and fear dissolves in the face of reason, knowledge and understanding. If I could title this modern myth we are living I would call it “The Great Awakening Versus The Great Reset.” Indeed, good reader, you were born for these times!

Holding Fast to the Light May 2020
Tumblr media
A number of years ago I interviewed a woman whose family business was destroyed by the FDA. The raw cheeses they produced were seized along with other raw dairy products in a SWAT team raid (of all things) that took place in California. The confiscated foods were of course not refrigerated and lo and behold, tested positive for pathogens. The business that had supported her family and dairy farm for 22 years was shut down and the result was financial ruin and the loss of the family farm.
I was horrified by the depravity of government overreach and I said to this woman who was a Christian, “It looks to me like the dark is winning. Where is the good?” She gave me an answer that I never forgot.
“Even if the dark wins, someone has to be here to hold the light.”
I have held those words dear to my heart ever since and they feel particularly relevant today. It appears that darkness has taken hold at this time. Well, what then is light, you might ask? One of the definitions in Webster’s 1828 is: “Illumination of mind, instruction, knowledge.” Another definition is: “In scripture, God, the source of knowledge.”
So, in essence, “light” represents illumination, which we all hold within ourselves when we can move past the layers of our belief systems and tap the godhead of reason, wisdom, understanding, and knowledge, which is “God.” “God” lives within us – that ineffable guiding Light of consciousness - the Love that holds no fear.
Of late, I have been listening to the words of Rudolf Steiner who foresaw this time we are in. Steiner stressed the necessity to maintain our equilibrium in the face of whatever comes our way. In addition, the ancient Chinese Book of Changes, known as the iChing, speaks to the need to maintain one’s “inner equilibrium” in the face of adversity. We do this by trusting in God or the Sage to guide us. In this way we do not feed the vortex of insanity that grips people in times of turmoil.
The ancient and deadly ruse of divide and rule has once again possessed the masses and the seeds of hatred have been impregnated. It is of the utmost importance now to keep centered and grounded so we can move forward with clarity and reason. Here are a few suggestions on how to do that:
TURN OFF THE PROPAGANDA DEVICES and replace them with SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE.
Stay close to nature and get your hands in the soil if you can. While the masses churn in emotion, nature continues with her cycles, bringing beauty everywhere she touches if we would but pause and be calmed by it.
Consult the iChing, which is a wealth of timeless wisdom that, when used with reverence, will never cease to guide you rightly through any condition that arises in your life.
Consult the bible, which also contains timeless wisdom and guidance to move one through the passage of life and its trials. The maxims of law, which I introduce in my course, Empowered Forward Movement, originate from the bible, which is ultimately a book of law as well as a book of grimoires - (spells) to help us unbind from the deceptions put upon us.
Read the Vedas, which are ancient Hindu teachings that apply to the multiple threads that weave our lives. They too hold maxims and parables and profound wisdom teachings that have withstood the test of time. Tap this wisdom to bring your mind back to a place of center and peace so you can navigate this path we are on.
If we, the people, came together en masse, truly in peace with minds clear in the realization that we are being played AGAIN, but this time we are banding together as brothers and sisters holding the light of spiritual knowledge . . .
. . . well, George Soros and friends would poop their Depends!
We, the People - ALL of us - hold the power to take the reigns away from those who are manipulating the masses through the dark wand of media and its extensions. We do this by not feeding on their poison. There is a great scene from the film, Merlin, with Sam Neill, where he is fighting with Queen Mab and at one point the lights go on inside Merlin's head and he realizes that rather than continuing to fight, which we know perpetuates ill will ad infinitum, he turns his back on her and refuses to feed the conflict. The other witnesses follow suit and Queen Mab loses her power.
That message never left me and I see it as a clarion call for our times. We can stop feeding this entire system - banking, education/indoctrination, police (pronounce it as "policy") enforcement, chemical agriculture, military on steroids, etc etc, by first refusing to support it and instead sow the seeds of the creation of our own reality based on reason, common sense, and basic human kindness and consideration, all of which is overseen by the ever-present guidance of timeless Spiritual Wisdom.
This is the vision I am holding and this is the vortex I choose to feed.

Empowered Forward Movement April 2020
Tumblr media
We are in unprecedented times where uncertainty is the dominant theme. Kept within our homes for an indeterminant time, we can either succumb to fear or take the opportunity to access essential knowledge that will take us forward in our endeavors. This is when the river of creativity can really start flowing.
One thing is for sure - the show must go on. What we return to will likely be very different but I think one thing that will emerge from this is a number of highly creatve entrepreneurs who will have much to contribute.
With that in mind it will serve us to take some cues from our ancestors who preserved certain guiding principles that have fallen by the wayside. Our schools have been woefully negligent in ensuring students learn these principles that enhance our personal life as well as our ability to function in the commercial world where many of us are cultivating/conducting business.
This knowledge provides us with an edge when we understand for instance, how contracts work, what a conditional acceptance is, how to properly sign our name so we don’t give away our rights etc. Many have no idea how to form a contract, nor do they realize that we contract everyday by our words and actions in addition to forming written agreements. This information is actually spiritual in nature and applies to the magical arts as well, and I find it compelling and deeply empowering.
As well, Maxims of Law are guiding principles of truth that have been passed down over time to guide us not only in the area of law but in every facet of our life because ultimately, natural law is designed to do just that. A maxim of law I find most comforting and inspiring right now says, “As a thing is bound so it is unbound.” No matter what the problem there must be a solution, there can’t not be. Another maxim we should all bear in mind at this time says, “Favors from government often carry with them enhanced measures of obligation,” Just thought I’d throw that in.
In addition, the ability to recognize flawed arguments will keep us from being manipulated or swept up into emotional nonsense. The logical fallacies are a list of flawed arguments that are ubiquitous in media and our everyday conversations. To recognize these will change your life. When I began studying them I realized how both my ex-husband and myself used them and of course we got very caught up in emotion and thus resolved very little in those arguments. I realize now that I could have avoided so much suffering if I’d only studied this material. With everyone stuck at home, this knowledge could be a godsend.
I will be teaching an online course on these essential principles in an effort to enhance our ability to move forward effectively on a personal and professional level. Whatever world we return to will be better served by those who possess a clear understanding of foundational and fundamental principles that will enhance our ability to establish harmony and honor in all our affairs. This knowledge produces noble leaders and entrepreneurs who adhere to the timeless guiding wisdom of the ancients. This wisdom will not fail us as we learn to steer our ships through these very strange and different waters.
We perish for lack of knowledge and the truth shall set us free. May our world be restored to one that once again adheres to timeless guiding wisdom and may all who are endeavoring to carve a life for themselves be served by the light of truth.

Deep Breath                                         March 2020
Tumblr media
It is easy to feel buffeted by the turbulent events playing out before us. The daily barrage of untempered bad news is a kind of psychological warfare designed to keep people in a constant state of disempowerment, always looking to their “authorities” to fix the problem. Each supposed solution draws the noose of tyranny that much tighter around the necks of what has become an ignorant and gullible populace. The only folks who seem to benefit in the end are corporations and governments.
Required reading for everyone now is Charles Mackay’s, Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds.
https://vantagepointtrading.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Charles_Mackay-Extraordinary_Popular_Delusions_and_the_Madness_of_Crowds.pdf
Written in 1841, it chronicles various events that swept the masses into collective mania, such as the South Sea Bubble, the Mississippi Meltdown, and other striking examples of crowd psychology and the power of unchecked emotion. As human nature hasn’t changed over time, this book provides a striking head’s up with regard to how collective hysteria develops.
The press is currently milking the fear quotient regarding the corona virus, which may well steer the masses into inevitable derangement. As I write this, a man in Kirkland, Washington is said to have tested positive for Covid-19 and has since died. The article says he had “underlying health conditions.” Well, that could mean many different things and while stories abound, we are not presented with actual hard proof – test results, full evaluation of the individual’s health issues, etc. etc. I am not downplaying a potentially serious situation but I am absolutely recommending we take a deep breath, unhook from the media fear machine, and tap into our inner reference point, which is always the first thing to go when people get swept up into the escalating tide of collective insanity.
The human spirit is incredibly resilient and our traditional wisdoms have always sustained us. We have drifted so far from nature since the onslaught of the industrial revolution, our bodies now reflect the imbalance, which is inevitable when we become divorced from nature’s laws. This makes us more vulnerable to sickness because our inner terrain is compromised. Fortunately, there is much that will assist to keep us resistant to ills and we can begin with homeopathy. Of the flu pandemic of 1918 my friend, New Zealand homeopath, Carrie Jo Thomas, wrote,
“The 1918-1920 influenza pandemic had the worst mortality worldwide, for any epidemic, ever. This event holds the single greatest record for causing death in human history. In a matter of 24 short weeks, between 2-5% of humankind perished (that’s 50 to 100 million people). More people died of influenza in a single year than in four-years of the black-death bubonic plague that blanketed Europe from 1347 to 1351. During the 1918 pandemic, when people contracted flu and developed pneumonia, 30% of them would die.Interestingly, Homeopaths had an extremely positive success rate treating such:
Dr. W. Pearson, dean of the Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, reported in a survey made among the members of The American Institute of Homeopathy (AIH), that 88 physicians reported having treated 26,795 patients with a loss of 273 cases. That’s a mortality of 1.02%. 24 of these 88 physicians reported no deaths in 3,519 cases.
Another example is the Medical Society of the District of Columbia reported having had 15 deaths among 1,500 patients, a mortality of 1 percent despite the difficult working conditions. Recoveries in the Homeopathic Hospital in Washington were 100 per cent.
Another example is that Professor Guy Beckley Stearns of the New York Homoeopathic Medical College reviewed reports of 16,913 cases treated by the members of the International Hahnemannian Association (IHA) with 67 deaths, a mortality of 0.4 percent. There are many more records.
Conclusion: While 30% of people died from the flu under conventional medicine, homeopathic treatment experienced 0.7%.”
Here is an article that offers a homeopathic strategy to minimize risk:
https://alanfreestone.com/coronavirus-treatment-with-homeopathy/?fbclid=IwAR1Eb38t9RT_hDdqO6p58baIwjt75xo50Hc2hSwbxzeGQ_mxCa4OSPokaxM
In addition, as vitamin C is a powerful ally, one of the most potent forms of it is found in sauerkraut. Kraut will also populate the gut with beneficial bacteria, thus strengthening the immune system.
Medicinal mushrooms such as Reishi, Chaga, Shitake, etc will also support immune function.
“Good broth will wake the dead,” as the saying goes, and indeed bone broth revived many who were so sick they couldn’t leave the bed. Broth is ancient and its healing and strengthening properties are legend. Now would be a good time to consume it on a daily basis.
Work on maintaining inner equilibrium and cultivate an inner sense of strength and calm. This year is just getting started and the stronger our inner reference point becomes, the less chance of getting sucked into hysteria, whether it be an illness, an election, or anything else that comes our way.
Our minds are powerful. Those feeding the media machine want control of our minds. Be discerning and question everything. Learn the Logical Fallacies so you are not deceived by manipulative rhetoric.
Above all – use COMMON SENSE - and that, dear reader, is your greatest ally.

In Defense of Living Intelligence February 2020
Tumblr media
I recently spoke with someone who is a popular voice in the psychedelic world and my heart sunk as he waxed poetic about A.I. technology, explaining that A.I. is every bit as natural as an apple or orange. I shared my concern that it could threaten life as we know it, potentially wiping out much of the natural world. His response was that if A.I. wipes out “the organics” then that will simply represent a natural cycle as we progress forward as a species. He referred to God dismissively as an “algorithm,” and finished our conversation by saying he just has to stay humble when working with magic mushrooms.
Well, this is just my opinion but I don’t see any humility in those assertions. I don’t think this man has a humble bone in his body.
The mushroom is a portal and it seems to me this guy and others like him have been hanging out with archons during their mushroom forays! There is a growing movement of people embracing technology with such religious fervor that nature is considered secondary and highly limited compared to the great technological wonders that are claiming to deliver longevity, freedom from disease and access to vast information. All we have to do is simply conjoin our biology to components of technology, and sacrifice the natural world for their A.I. nirvana. Apparently, we will all be better served if we become cyborgs living in a futuristic world run on artificial intelligence.
Harvard released an appalling video a few years back that featured robot bees. The woman narrating it cooed, “Far superior to their nature counterparts . . . Unlike standard bees, NewBees are fully equipped . . . “  The best and most telling part was at the end of the video where it said, “Generously sponsored by,” Monsanto, DuPont, Sumitomo Chemical, Syngenta, etc. etc.
This is a mind virus that has taken hold and has cancelled out not only basic common sense but also our intrinsic connection to nature and the spirit worlds. There was a time on earth when every culture held dear, nature and her gifts. Offerings were made to the local spirits and traditions were followed that ensured the land and its inhabitants were respected. It is staggering nowadays to hear slick tech gurus and their avid fans promoting a natureless A.I. world.
In a talk given a few decades ago, Jungian analyst, Marie Louise Von Franz, responded to the potential destruction of nature saying, “Really? After billions and billions of years of evolution to build up the plants and animals and the beauty of nature, man would go, out of sheer shadow foolishness, and destroy it all and that all life should go out of the planet? There is no life on Mars, Venus, etc. but we have life here and we would go destroy it? This is the height of ego inflation!”
The problem seems overwhelming and indeed it is but a line in one of my poetic transmissions says, “One by one becomes most all.” Nature still inspires, it still enthralls. I say, embrace and support nature in every way possible. Steward nature whether it is to plant wildflowers or trees in your yard or support an organization that is truly working to protect and preserve it.
Support farmers who are using organic and biodynamic methods. Many of those folks are actually creating topsoil and regenerating the land. As demand rises for food grown in harmony with nature, the multi-national companies that are destroying it are receiving that much less revenue.
Call to the nature spirits and the old gods and goddesses and ask them to help heal the land. There are all manner of people initiating healing in the surrounding land by working with the nature spirits. This is no joke. We’ve been so caught up in the spell of modernism we’ve forgotten our God-given abilities to connect and align with the unseen forces. Check out this talk by dowser and land whisperer, Patrick MacManaway, who has healed the land to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue for farmers who were experiencing problems with soil, water and animal health prior to Patrick’s land healing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR6FxBh-Paw&t=30s
We are not algorithms.
We are not machines.
We get our power, potency and wisdom from the great Genius behind nature, not from a piece of metal and certainly not from some arrogant, deluded tech junkie. Don’t fall for that nonsense. May we reclaim the traditional wisdoms that honor nature, Spirit, and the majestyof the human soul.
Amen to that.

Navigating 2020 with Reason
Tumblr media
“You are in a unique season where earth’s people have lost reason.”
                                                                       ~ Shonagh Home
Happy New Year and buckle your seat belt! From what I’ve heard astrologically we are in for a very tumultuous and powerfully potent year. It begins with a Pluto Capricorn conjunct, which means the planets meet very closely and that will deliver the magnetics of increased polarization, tension and breakdown in societal structures. This occurs individually as well as collectively so be prepared to go into your own ground and address any unresolved personal material that will undermine your ability to create from a place of empowerment and maturity.
This next year also brings in a new cycle whose focus is on building structures from foundations that have been laid. One astrologist wrote that Saturn and Pluto together impart a cathartic intensity that forces us to cultivate courage and determination as we head into a chaotic time of change, hopefully for the better.
2020 is also an election year and you can be assured that the powers that be will use the dark wand of media to instill even greater tension and enmity between people, and no doubt we will have another major “event” that will cause incredible division. This is an ancient technique called “divide and rule,” and I shake my head in wonder that so many people still fall for such blatant manipulation. We are being played. The cultural narrative through all forms of media and “education” is fallacious nonsense designed to get us to despise each other rather than come together harmoniously.
Navigating 2020 will require the ability to see through the thick scum of daily bullshit, and you can do so by truly empowering yourself with knowledge and understanding of the Logical Fallacies.
We have not been taught this reasoning tool in our state-run schools. Logical Fallacies are flaws in reasoning used extensively in media and politics to trick the public. A proper rational argument consists of cogent point, counterpoint. It does not include name/term calling, fabrication of an entirely different definition of what someone said followed by a treatise on that fabrication, the stirring up of feelings so people react from emotion rather than reason, etc. etc. The actual terms for these approaches are found in the list of Logical Fallacies, which are written in Latin and English, giving us an idea of just how old this knowledge is.
Human nature hasn’t changed much over time and the powers that be have a better understanding of how the psyche works than the average Joe. That understanding is used to manipulate us to adopt ideologies, desire stuff we don’t need, hate on each other, etc. When one learns the logical fallacies they can no longer be manipulated because they can recognize the contradictions in what they are hearing or reading.
An all too common logical fallacy is Ad Hominem, meaning “attack the man.” Vast numbers of people now are quick to label others “racist,” “sexist,” “homophobic” – (and too many more examples to count) as soon as they disagree or misinterpret what someone else has said. This shuts down rational dialogue and the spirit of inquiry, and results in a complete breakdown of intelligent discussion, which means nothing gets resolved and emotions, rather than reason rule the day. When one can recognize this, they can immediately disengage from pervasive toxic dialogue and seek out others who are capable of intelligent, thoughtful and rational discussion. If everyone had this understanding there would be no room for the deplorable display of toxic, irrational communication we see everywhere.
The list of Logical Fallacies is too long for this newsletter but you can learn them through listening to a few good vids on the subject that will offer examples of each.
Here is just one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IawIjqOJBU8
You can also check out this website on the Trivium to learn what used to be taught to children before the federal government imposed compulsory schooling that included Pavlovian and Skinner conditioning and indoctrination techniques designed to produce unquestioning compliance and an inability to reason.

Navigating 2020 with this understanding will save us from tremendous stress and heartache. Keeping our eyes on our goals - as well as our own personal material  - will serve us well and even protect us as we enter this new decade.

Healing with Nature’s Cycles        November 2019
Tumblr media
The wind is whipping outside and the mild October weather we’ve been having here in Vermont is turning cold. Planting the elderberries this morning according to the biodynamic calendar, I was met with my first taste of sharp, chilly weather carried on a raging wind.
Yesterday was Samhain, the Celtic festival that marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of the winter season. The wheel of the cycles brings us inward for the opportunity to contemplate what has come before, what has been accomplished and what still needs tending.
I pondered that wisdom this week while working with a retreat client who has suffered with crippling anxiety for the better part of his life. We turned inward to look at his relationship with his parents and the events that created the mindset that has haunted him to this day.  In looking backward toward what I call, the “origination point of the wound,” or what has come before, we were able to rescue those wounded parts of his psyche and bring them to a safe place within his heart.
The tending of his good soul moving forward will include his slow and steady learning of the 24-form Tai Chi art, which we both practiced together throughout the week. He left my home this morning with a pronounced appreciation for the timing of his visit, where now the integration of everything he received can take place gently over the winter season, preparing him for the rebirth of spring.
My favorite maxim of law says, “As a thing is bound, so it is unbound.” Whatever the issue, there is always remedy, there can’t not be. I tell everyone I work with that if they turn away from the present-day narratives and look to nature and the ancestors for help they will always receive it. And so, we in the northern hemisphere greet the coming of the winter months, the inward time where we are meant to slow down and contemplate our lives. It is in the slowing down where we can bring clarity to the mind and explore new avenues for healing and learning.
So, as the coziness of home beckons you inside this winter, take some time to learn something new from these computers that are so full of information. Perhaps an ancient practice like Tai Chi or Qi Gong will invite you to learn some movements that will deliver grounding, calm and clarity as well as physical strength and agility so that by spring you will be able to take that wherever you go, whatever the season.
Nature is the greatest teacher and we ignore her cycles at our peril. May the dark season’s embrace deliver wisdom, healing and understanding for all.

The Medicine Woman Way      September 2019
Tumblr media
For the past three years I have been hosting clients for one-on-one retreats that take place in my home from Sunday afternoon through Friday morning. This is more traditional than we realize in that the apprentice or patient would often stay at the home of the medicine man or woman who would teach and heal - and probably hand them a broom or garden tool as well! I don’t put my clients to work in that way of course, but I do open the door for the inner work to happen and each week is a kind of condensed mystery school - the mystery being the individual man or woman who seeks out this kind of healing.
Conventional psychiatry/psychotherapy isn’t doing much for the countless folk who are suffering from a variety of mental/emotional imbalances. To me, the casual doling out of SSRI’s, benzodiazepines, and various opiods, is appalling and I have worked with numerous people who have struggled mightily to get themselves off those drugs whose side effects can wreak havoc over time.
People need alternatives and one path to consider is to seek out a good medicine woman.
Imagine being warmly welcomed into a beautiful home whereupon for the next few days you will be nurtured, seen and heard, and made to feel safe. This level of care initiates a healing process that can’t be duplicated in a weekly 55-minute session in an office or clinic. The role of the medicine woman is to provide timeless wisdom, knowledge and guidance, nurturing and protection, and kindness and humor for those who seek her out. She knows we are more than just our personality. She works with the spirit and soul, stoking an intimate connection to the Sacred that will continue to guide and inform her client throughout life.
My version of that includes deep soul conversation with a nod to the late, modern medicine man, Carl Jung, who honored the messages in dreams and used the iChing, astrology and other bridges to the deep psyche to cull wisdom, insight and guidance. Jung had an able grasp of the intricacies of symbol and metaphor, which comprise the language of nature and the deep psyche. He looked to mythology as a guiding light toward a deeper understanding of the human condition and he did not discount the powers of intuition and psychic abilities. All of this contributes to a very unique and effective healing experience that many people desperately need.
Food plays a major role in restoring mental/emotional balance, and I look to ancestral wisdom for that, which for thousands of years has promoted healing broths, fermented foods, and traditional fats that bring healing to the gut, also known as the second brain. There is zero mention of the gut/brain connection in conventional therapy in spite of the major pathway between the two. When the gut is balanced the entire body comes into balance, including the brain. This process takes time especially these days, and one must learn the foundations of traditional food preparation. At the home of the medicine woman clients get to partake in delicious healing foods and learn hands-on how to prepare them. This includes knowledge of herbs that can be made into beneficial infusions that enhance the healing process. The client leaves with a level of know-how that will continue to enrich their life moving forward.
Nature plays a major role in this immersion and the medicine man or woman was often found on the outskirts of the community in deep connection with the spirits of the land. Modern people have lost what was once an intrinsic connection to nature, our most powerful healer. People desperately need to reconnect and the medicine woman provides the bridge through time spent in beautiful surroundings. Nature also provides us with potent offerings that can open the mind and bring us into an inspired state where greater insights can be had. A good medicine woman provides precisely the right setting for all of that to take place.
Quality time spent in the warmth of home in the company of a wise, experienced mentor will deliver greater healing and revelation than the conventional model can ever provide. I know because I have midwifed numerous men and women from 21 to 75 into the reclaiming of their power and I understand full well the potency of this level of work. It doesn’t look anything like the conventional model yet the power of compassionate nurturing, essential wisdom, and knowledge of the healing arts can and will change a life in the most wondrous of ways. I humbly offer just a few inspiring testimonials that speak to the depth of this work here: https://www.shonaghhome.org/copy-of-one-on-one-retreats
For those called, it is time to take back our role as healers for our community. We cannot rely on our so-called authorities to provide us with an effective avenue for mental, emotional and physical healing. Much of what the conventional system offers is actually doing tremendous harm to people. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for and it is the out-of-the-box thinkers and doers who will provide the assist that shakes us free from the chains of our conditioning.
For those desiring to explore in this way or who know of someone who could benefit from a unique offering of this kind, please don’t hesitate to contact me. For others who are inspired to create their own version, I encourage you to do your research into the inner workings of the psyche through great teachers such as Jung. Apprentice with those whose methods you respect, study the great spiritual teachers and glean as much knowledge of the healing and esoteric arts as you possibly can, then carefully create an offering that will assist in the healing that is so greatly needed at this time.

My Cottage On An Isle               July 2019
Tumblr media
The stars have aligned and I now find myself on a quiet island on northern Lake Champlain. The views from my windows boast large, leafy trees, green fields and beds of colorful flowers. An antique red barn lends old world charm to my land. Busy honeybees work the Penstemon by my pantry window and fireflies dance outside at night. I am a 5-minute drive from the sparkling lake where I now swim daily, soaking up the summer sun before the bitter cold of winter surrounds my cozy cottage.
My dream of a sanctuary for my private retreats and school has been realized and continues to unfurl in delightfully unexpected ways. No longer do I linger in doubt and worry. Napoleon Hill wrote, “Anything the mind of man can conceive, and bring itself to believe, it can achieve.” When we envision an idea or dream we put forth a frequency that emits from the beacon of our mind. If it continues over a long duration it increases in power and intensity until a matching frequency appears. This is true for fears as well as inspiring ideas. It’s precisely what has happened for me and I continue to cultivate this practice, which I find immensely fascinating as well as gratifying.
Why not keep experimenting? This isn’t instantaneous, it takes time, but I am seeing with crystal clarity how the way we think is 99% of the equation. The facts are secondary. This may sound preposterous to some but I, myself never put much stock in the mainstream narrative, which seems quite intent on spewing forth constant messages that disempower and limit human creativity. I suspect that’s by design as it restricts the mindset of the masses thereby quashing imagination and out-of-the-box thinking, which could threaten the highly limiting societal system in which we find ourselves. Plato wrote, “Those who are able to see beyond the shadows and lies of their culture will never be understood, let along believed, by the masses.”
I’ll take the less trodden path, thank you. And so here I am on a quiet northern island, far from the madding crowd, in a deep state of gratitude and happiness. I encourage anyone with the tenacity to set their vision into motion to stay the course. Do not engage naysayers and stay close to God/Spirit/Creator, whatever you call that vast Force of limitless love and creation. Life is a wondrous adventure and a great mystery. Do not hesitate to wield the wand of your glorious mind and create for yourself a vision birthed from imagination and desire.
You and only you set the limits.

Ozone for Cancer and More       June 2019
Tumblr media
I recently worked with a man who told me he was brought back from impending death from full blown AIDS through a therapy few are aware of in this country. He was covered with Kaposi’s sarcoma sores and had pneumonia, and was passing blood in his urine. He was waiting to die when a woman came to his house with an ozone generator, a medical-grade oxygen tank and a hypodermic needle. He thought she was there to put him out of his misery, assuming that if you inject gas into the veins you’ll die. She assured him her intentions were to help and then injected him intravenously with ozone. She did a few rounds and three days later his pneumonia disappeared entirely without the use of antibiotics. After seven days every AIDS sore was gone. Later testing showed his viral load was undetectable.
This blew my mind and I immediately began researching ozone therapy. I found an interview on YouTube with Dr. Howard Liebowitz, an in-demand Santa Monica MD.( https://liebowitzlongevity.com/) His favorite therapy is hyperbaric ozone therapy because of how effective it is for healing. Unlike the direct intravenous treatment my client experienced, hyperbaric ozone therapy involves a blood draw-infusion process where heparin is given to the patient to keep the blood from coagulating. Blood is drawn from the body into a bag overhead that is then ozonated by an ozone generator that sends ozone through a tube and into the bag holding the blood. The blood is sent back into the body and the process is repeated 10 times. This treatment stimulates the growth of stem cells and delivers almost 50 times more ozone into the body than direct intravenous ozone therapy. Both treatments saturate the red blood cells with oxygen and drive it deeper into the body, which accelerates cellular healing and repair, increases circulation, enhances mitochondrial function, stimulates white blood cell production and reduces infectious load in the body.
Ozone has been used medically for 120 years. It was used to treat bacterial infections at the turn of the 20th century before penicillin was discovered. A patient with pneumonia at that time would have been given ozone. Tesla himself was very impressed by its effectiveness to cure illness, as nothing can live in ozone. It kills viruses, pathogens, fungi, cancer cells, bacteria and yeasts. Tesla designed his own ozone generator and purposely did not patent it but rather intended it to be a gift to humanity so that no one would ever require a vaccination. Unfortunately Morris Fishbein was put in charge of the AMA in 1924 and spent the rest of his career eradicating all forms of medicine that did not conform to what we know today as conventional medicine – copious use of pharmaceuticals, vaccines and the cutting out of diseased organs and tissues.
Despite its obscurity here in the U.S. ozone therapy is regular medical practice in Europe. It ably kills the “super bugs” that have become antibiotic-resistant and it is a powerful treatment for autoimmune diseases, viral infections and cancer along with inflammatory conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, etc. While medications suppress the immune system, ozone up-levels it and delivers incredible energy and mental clarity. Other ways of directing ozone into the body are through the ingestion of ozonated water, ozone saunas, and rectal, vaginal or ear insufflations. You can learn more about ozone and how to use it therapeutically here:
thepowerofozone.com
Cancer grows in an oxygen-poor environment. In his interview, Dr Liebowitz shared a story of a woman who came to him after being diagnosed with metastic stage-4 breast cancer. The cancer had spread to her ribs, her pelvis and her liver. Her doctor had offered her chemo and said there was a 10% chance that it would give her 2 or 3 more months to live. She chose to engage the hyperbaric ozone therapy but did 4 bags instead of 10, twice a week for 16 weeks. She returned to her doctor for a PET scan and the radiologist called her doctor to say he’d sent the wrong patient - there was NO cancer to be found.
Dr. Liebowitz is in contact with a group of ozone doctors from around the world and said he hears stories like this all the time. Unlike chemo and radiation, which poison the body, ozone can suppress cancer cells from rapidly dividing and growing while simultaneously boosting the immune system so it can attack the cancer. You can listen to the interview here:

For those in the Washington State area, I found ozone therapy in Kirkland here:

I sincerely hope this information helps someone to gain back their life and their health.

Healing Earth with Agnihotra     May 2019
Tumblr media
There are a myriad of ways in which we can bring healing to the earth. One such way is to work with the subtle frequencies that were familiar to the ancestors of old. There is an ancient Vedic practice called Agnihotra that delivers an enhancing effect on the landscape by activating subtle energies in the atmosphere. I stumbled on this while researching the magnetic properties of the stone used to build the round towers of Ireland. The towers are made of paramagnetic rock that attracts beneficial cosmic energies, sending them into the ground and enhancing soil and plant quality.
In Agnihotra a ritual fire known as “Homa” is created that captures the subtle energies released by the sun in the morning and evening. Dried cow dung is covered in ghee and placed within an inverted copper pyramid of a specific size. The dung is lit and a small fire is created. A Sanskrit mantra is spoken while dropping an offering of rice and ghee into the fire at the exact moment of sunrise and sunset. The ritual takes about 10 minutes, during which time prana is drawn down from the solar range. This is said to enliven the atmosphere, neutralize pollutants and enhance the energy of the surrounding landscape. You can sit for at least 15 minutes beyond that and bathe in the healing frequencies. According to Vedic teacher, Shree Vasant Paranjpe, “Plant life is nourished and disease is removed from the area and tension is removed from the mind.”
In her book, Stone Age Farming, dowser, Alana Moore, writes, “Tests have been done with bacterium cultures in agar-agar. When exposed to the Agnihotra fires, the bacteria levels were reduced by 80%. The Homa practice is said to be effective even in radioactive contamination.”
The principle here is that if you heal the atmosphere the atmosphere will heal you. Many farms in India and beyond practice this ritual, which is known as “Homa farming.” The beneficial energies extend outwardly in a radius of .6 of a mile and upward into the atmosphere. The copper pyramid collects the healing energies from the sun and radiates them continuously until the next ceremony. It is widely believed by Vedic practitioners that organic substances burned in a copper vessel create purifying and harmonizing energies.
The ash is gathered before the next ritual and it holds the power of the Sanskrit mantra and all the beneficial energies that were created. This is a very medicinal substance and it can be mixed with water and sprayed on plants, sprinkled on and around trees as well as fields and garden beds, combined with ghee to make healing ointments, added to food, and boiled in water, strained and taken as a healing drink. An excellent book on making medicines with Agnihotra ash is titled, Homa Therapy: The Ancient Science of Healing by Monika Koch. You can download it for free here:
http://www.homatherapy.de/linked/buch_eng.pdf
This website provides the exact timing for the ceremony: https://www.agnihotra.org/how-to-perform-agnihotra/agnihotra-timings/
You'll need a clock that gives the seconds along with minutes or you can download an app to your phone.
This website sells the simple tools you’ll need to practice the ritual including the dried cow dung:
https://agnihotrasupplies.com/
I have been practicing Agnihotra consistently at sunrise and sunset for the past 6 weeks. I’ve created an altar table on my east-facing porch where I sit by the fire and meditate to the sound of birdsongs. My weekly retreat clients are now joining me for the ritual and a couple of them have gone home to continue the practice themselves.
One of my recent retreat clients was still recovering from a parasite she picked up in Mexico that almost killed her over the fall. Her stomach was threatening to keep her up through the night with diarrhea so I made the ash water by boiling 2 liters of water and a tablespoon of Agnihotra ash then straining it through a coffee filter. She drank a cup of the water and to her utter astonishment her stomach settled within an hour and she slept through the night with no problems. She drank the ash water daily and left my home with extra ash to keep on hand.
I am quite taken by this beautiful ritual and its resultant medicine, and I will continue the practice when I move to Vermont. I trust the ancients far more than I trust our corporate-run media “authorities.” Earth’s people have been seduced away from what was once a common understanding of the subtle frequencies of nature and how to work with them. It is my hope that more people will be inspired to explore beyond the boundaries of our “modern” education and humbly call back the ancestral wisdom that so beautifully maintained and cultivated balance and harmony.

Ancient Technologies for Earth Healing                                            March 2019
Tumblr media
Ireland is home to 65 ancient towers that are thought to predate the arrival of Christianity. They are striking forms, some over 100 feet tall and many remain in excellent condition in spite of their antiquity. The towers are built with block and mortar construction where two cylindrical walls are erected a few feet apart, with the inner cylinder filled with rock rubble.
There is great speculation on who built the towers and for what purpose. Scientist, Philip Callahan, Ph.D., researched the towers in the mid-20th century and postulated that the towers may have been constructed as a kind of antennae to collect and store natural magnetic and electromagnetic energies coming from the earth and sky. These energies would then be absorbed by the surrounding land, which resulted in fertile soil and lush plants. Interestingly, cattle far prefer to graze near the towers and in a sense, "the grass is always greener."
Callahan noted that rocks have paramagnetic characteristics in that they can produce, resonate and amplify low-intensity magnetic fields. The rock used to build the towers was primarily limestone but also iron-rich red sandstone as well as basalt, clay slate or granite. Those stones have paramagnetic properties that can function as magnetic antenna and conductors of subtle frequencies. Filling the interior of the towers with more rock served as a way to tune them to resonate with specific cosmic frequencies. This technology was likely known by ancient cultures around the world that built temples out of certain stones and located them on geo-magnetic hotspots that radiated subtle frequencies to the surrounding area.
The building of the towers may have been a way to optimize crop yields, and there are a small number of farmers and gardeners today who have built their own version of a round tower with promising results. Called “towers of power,” they are usually made with PVC pipe filled with a paramagnetic rock such as basalt, and situated on a specific area of the land. That area must be carefully chosen. Dowsing is used to read the subtle energies to determine the correct location. As these towers are collectors of magnetic frequencies it is important to find a spot that will produce harmonizing frequencies, as the wrong location could magnetize disruptive energies.
Author and dower, Alana Moore, http://www.geomantica.com/ describes the towers as “ . . . paramagnetic antennaes that collect and focus beneficial cosmic energies and direct them into surrounding soil. The spherical energy field of enhanced magnetism around them stimulates biological processes and enhances the health, vitality and wellbeing of plants and animals in the vicinity. Topsoil production is accelerated and bumper crops are often the result. Plants can go on to have increased sugar levels, which makes them taste sweeter, while they become more resilient and less pest and frost prone. Up to one hundred acres of coverage has been observed, on a wheat farm on the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia, with just one large (4m high) Power Tower.”
You can read Alana’s book, Stone Age Farming, to learn more about how these towers work as well as other ancient techniques for magnetizing subtle frequencies. Also, Phillip Callahan’s book, Paramagnetism: Rediscovering Nature’s Secret Force of Growth, will open you to a reality that few people are even aware of.
We are being bombarded by man-made electromagnetic frequencies that are wreaking havoc on all life forms. It stands to reason that the implementation of a “tower of power” will not only enhance the surrounding energy of a particular area but may possibly counter the devastating effects of cellphone radiation, wifi, and the upcoming 5G onslaught.
Wouldn’t it be something if the wisdom our ancient ancestors held is the very thing that provides the solutions we so desperately need to save our planet today? It’s time to gain an understanding of the subtle energies of nature and how they can be engaged to affect the kind of change that most folks would think is impossible.
This is nature wisdom after all, and with that level of understanding, nothing is impossible.

Sowing the Seeds of Our Dreams                                  February, 2019
Tumblr media
Despite the distractions of our modern world nature’s rhythms continue unabated. February 2nd marks the cross-quarter Celtic celebration of Imbolc. For the ancient Celts, Imbolc marked the lambing season and indicated that the sleeping earth was stirring into life again. They called it “Feile Brighde,” meaning the ‘festival of Bridhid,’ where the forces of nature are quickening. Imbolc literally means “in the belly.” This is a time of gestation and expectancy - an inward time of the year - and we can ride it by planting seeds of intention within our minds.
The pagan goddess, Brighid, was celebrated at Imbolc. She has been dear to the hearts of the Celts for so long, the Roman church could not eradicate her and instead co-opted Brighid and called her a saint. She is the goddess of healing, poetry and smithcraft, as well as the goddess of the hearth. She brings fertility to the landscape and promises spring’s unfolding beauty. Her force easily fans the inner flame of mind and heart as we forge our intentions now.
For those who find this dark time of the year challenging, take heart! The forces at this time bring the assurance of renewal and rebirth. I take my cues from nature rather than the media. Nature is gently nudging us to let go of the past, take stock of where we’re at by looking inward, and sow our seeds for what we want to create this year. Be clear and concise about what you want to create - the devil’s in the details. The stronger your intention the more strength it will carry when the forces of spring burst forth. In fact, the new moon in Aries on April 6this the most potent new moon of the year for launching a project so bear that in mind as you prepare your inner ground here in February.
This is a great time for a healing retreat where you can sequester yourself away for a time and go inward to experience breakthroughs that could change the course of your life in unimaginable ways. We live in a machine culture that constantly urges us outward and onward. We need time to pause and look within to address old patterns, outworn beliefs, etc. When I encounter any voices that are undermining, critical or doubtful I always ask their age and they are always young. I give them the opportunity to speak through writing and I work with them as wise woman. In this way I am strengthening my own voice of wisdom and managing any self-destructive voices firmly and with care. This is spring-cleaning time after all and that includes our mind. In this way, we clear the path for our dreams to be realized.
Nature is around us and within us and we ignore her rhythms at our peril. Take a day off, shut down the devices and go inward. Make room in your mind for the gifts to come and sow the seeds of your dreams with the knowing that Brighid’s fertile fires will ably stoke their gestation and inevitable birth.

Your Mind’s A Magic Wand
Tumblr media
“At every moment our brains are making quantum choices, taking potential states and making them actual ones.” ~Lynn McTaggert, The Field
January is the time when many of us aspire to forge new beginnings and initiate a new year of possibilities. Resolutions are emphatically stated and efforts are made to see them through and then lo and behold, by February 80% of those resolutions fail according to statistics.
People are creatures of habit. The mind is easily programmed by outside influences and experiences. Over time they become embedded in the subconscious, which records repetitive patterns and perpetuates them until we become conscious of them and begin the process of interrupting the default mode of thinking. We must then replace that with new thoughts, which we repeat until they take hold. Sadly, most people never get to that point, repeating their patterns from cradle to grave.
For most of my life I have been a chronic worrier and burdened with self-doubt. I used to joke that I had several PhD’s in worry. Over these past several years that I have apprenticed myself to the spirit teachers they have told me incessantly to, “get your mind right!!” Well, it took some doing but I never gave up on myself and as a result I have accomplished things that regular folks would say is impossible and/or completely unrealistic. This is about taking the helm of your ship/mind and diligently managing your thought processes, which are directly connected to the quantum field.
After divorcing seven years ago, I shared the house with my ex for two years and my intention during that time was to find a cottage on a horse farm, nestled in trees near my girl’s school. I live in Redmond, Washington, which still has a few horse farms and I decided that’s where I wanted to live rather than an apartment or condo. Mind you, I had no money, I was not established in my practice at that time, and Redmond is very expensive. Through various techniques I devised for myself and an iron-clad dedication to my intention, things came together with perfect synchronicity.  It took two years of focused intention and then it came through exactly as I requested. Today I am in my 5th year living in a cottage on a horse farm, nestled in trees right next to my girl’s school.
A while ago I decided I would move back to the northeast when my younger daughter graduates high school in 2019. I decided that I wanted an 1800’s cottage on a minimum of 3 acres with a barn that I could turn into a guest cottage, for sale by owner and under $200,000. It had to be within an hour of the airport to accommodate the retreat clients who fly in to work with me, and the surrounding area had to be very beautiful. I knew that the only difference between finding a cottage to rent and finding one that I would buy out-right, was the story I told. I could fall into doubt and fear or I could see it, feel it, and know it was coming.
Mind you, no bank would be giving me a mortgage as I don’t have a salary and I only had $20,000 saved. I’m sharing this with you because I live what I speak and I know what is possible and I also know how diligent you have to be to change your mental patterns. The story on how this all came together is too long for this newsletter but I can just tell you that I now own an 1820’s cottage in Vermont on 3 acres with a barn in the back that was for sale by owner for less than $180,000. It is one hour from Burlington Airport and is located on a picturesque island on Lake Champlain. If I had shared my intentions with “regular folks” they would have laughed me out of the room but of course, I don’t surround myself with those kinds of people and neither should you.
There are folks who call this "law of attraction" but I see it as pure "mind management." Manage your mind then manage your connection to the Greater Mind. I have developed my own philosophy around this and by God, its worked brilliantly.
I have created a new course called Manifesting 101: Awaking the Inner Magician. You get 4 comprehensive audio recordings that share everything I have done and continue to do to successfully manage my mind and affect my reality. Also included are 4 guided "enchantments" for further reinforcement, and a 45-minute Skype session with me to get the ball rolling, as it were. I can’t think of a better way to start the New Year if I do say so myself.

Just Love Them                                  December 2019
Tumblr media
“If you think you’re enlightened, go spend a week with your family.”
~Ram Dass
It’s that time of the year again where families gather to celebrate the holidays and bring in the New Year. For some, this is a much-anticipated time for joyful reconnection with loved ones while others are filled with dread at the very thought of spending extended time with parents, siblings, etc.
I remember sitting in circle years ago with my teacher, Brugh Joy, who was speaking to the complexities of the family dynamic and the importance of pulling back our projections and resolving our own personal material. He was speaking to an older gentleman who was still struggling in his relationship with his parents. Brugh first spoke to him about his pattern of “dancing to the eyes of others,” whereby he was still seeking his parent’s validation and not receiving it in the way he desired. Brugh made it clear that if we are still seeking approval or validation or expecting our family members to be something they simply aren’t, that is our responsibility to resolve, not theirs.
He stressed the importance for each individual to work with their younger, unhealed parts, and cultivate the adult archetype within, so that we defer to that part when we find ourselves in difficult dynamics. He also stressed the need to align with our heart center, which is the part of us that can hold the tension with grace and compassion. He then said something I never forgot:
“Just love them.”
Those three simple words have taught me so much. He was not saying to be anyone’s doormat, and he was certainly not advocating anyone put themselves in abusive situations. He was simply and eloquently inviting everyone to see where family members are at without the projections, and just love them. They’re where they’re at. They likely won’t change though sometimes they do. They have their own backstory that has forged their personality and world view. When we get triggered it’s a head’s up that our own stuff is not healed. If it were healed, that comment or action wouldn’t have any charge at all.
A sense of humor is critical and there is a reason why emergency room doctors have their own special brand of it. People caught in patterns are predictable so before that family gathering it can be kind of fun to consider all the potential comments, gestures, etc. that will likely ensue (because they always do) and make it a game to see how accurate you were. When we anticipate it we are not thrown when it happens, which means we are more attuned in that moment and can choose to respond consciously. A sense of humor can also offset a potential mess so use humor as a kind of wand if the situation is appropriate.
If talk goes to politics or religion or some other volatile subject that is bound to get people's knickers in a twist, do not let yourself get sucked in, and keep your own knickers on straight! The young, unresolved parts of our psyche want to get in there and be right and feel validated. Ain’t gonna happen so check yourself. People like to share their opinions and some are hoping for a good argument on the subject. Remember the ancient Roman trick of “divide and rule.” It causes good people who would otherwise get along to despise each other, which is the idea. The public is being played like a fiddle right now and it will serve you well to see the spell and have compassion for those who are under it.
Bottom line – just love them. Family gatherings represent a kind of alchemical container and the idea in alchemy is to transform the “prima materia” – the prevailing mindset for instance – into something more refined – wise, knowing, compassionate, awakened. Friction can move us to transform. When we are able to pull back our projections and see our family members with clarity and insight, we become adults. We can choose rather than react. We can maintain our equilibrium and not have to take on what isn’t ours. And maybe, just maybe, we can find some humor in it.
I send you all good wishes for a fabulous holiday season that gifts you in the most wondrous of ways!
