Clean pulls and cleans, 42/45/46 kgs. No worries about weights I used to worry about💓 Working on staying over the bar during the pull, and was surprised by some dang snappy elbows on the final clean, though it looks like I need to keep working on my knees caving in slightly when I come out of the hole.
