If you're interested in Save me (webtoon) by 1230 you should at least read An uncomfortable Truth. Both Manhwa are similar but different, of course.

An uncomfortable truth and Save me had this character that so obsessed with the protagonist. The Manhwa have gore, bullying and violence themes - so read on your own risk.

My opinion about An uncomfortable truth:

The story start off with Yoseob being in the police station. Then, the story continued with Yoseob fetish of his older brother. I find the storylines interesting up to the climax. However, i hate the ending so much that I can't stop thinking about it for days. I was kinda disappointed of the ending i wish for better. But i should have known because the genre.
