This is a cad assingment that we were used to do using adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator. We were supposed to make 5 flat sketch variations of shirts formal/casual and then render them using prints/gradient/solid colors. I tried doing variations in collars ,cuffs, plackets .

Dr. Anupama Kundoo's architectural practice, started in 1990. It demonstrates a strong focus on material research to achieve architecture of low environmental impact, and development of building technologies that are socio-economically beneficial. The practice is supported by extensive research and experimentation. Anupama Kundoo established herself as an architect in the Auroville where she designed and built many economically innovative buildings with "energy and water efficient infrastructure" adaptations. She worked here from middle of 1990 till 2002. Her approach to building design is based on material research that minimizes environmental effects. Her basic design approach is to use "waste materials, unskilled labour and local communities". One of the notable buildings built for her own residence is titled the "Wall House", built in a community area of 15 acres (6.1 ha) with a built in space of 100 square metres (1,100 sq ft) constructed at a cost of one million Rupees in 2000, in Auroville for communal living.

This is a visual board of consumption according to me. In our daily life we consume so many things be it food,clothing,makeup or anything , and everything has a barcode on it for scanning purposes. So I have used barcodes to show my idea of consumption.

A Bandhanwar is a door hanging which is hung at the entrance of each house from one end of the door to the other, slightly above the average walking height. This is done, because not only does the Bandhanwar serve as a beautiful ethnic decoration but also it is supposed to ward away any evil that may venture at the entrance of any house. This 10-plate Bandhanwar is decorated with mirror work and lustrous danglers. The use of auspicious red and yellow colors makes it a preferred a home décor item on any festive occasion.

FABRIC MANIPULATION

This is done on organza fabric. I tied grams with a thread at different intervals and boiled it in hot water for 40 minutes,and the result was beautiful.

This is honeycomb smocking, it is done on pink fabric and after completing the smocking i did blanket stitch on top of it.

EMBROIDERY-SAD

This is an abstract sad face. it is made on pink cotton polyester fabric using anchor threads. 

I made grids on the face to divide it in different parts and then used different stitches to do i also used french knots to give the 3D effect for eyes and lips.
