Every Lot Challenge Challenge

After watching James Turner play the every lot challenge challenge (twice) I made a comment about how it would be cool to play the challenge again but in order to remove the lot challenges, there would be certain tasks instead of randomly spinning a wheel.

I doubt he will ever see this, but I figured it would be fun to make the challenge myself. With this, I will also be able to play it for myself.

Must live on a Haunted House residential lot.

Apply all of the lot challenges to your lot.

Build a house using your starting funds. (You will need a source of water and power. You CAN NOT start with generators!)

You can earn money any way you want, but NO CHEATS!

Complete the following tasks to remove a lot challenge.

Creepy Crawlies: Cure your Sim from poison using Bone Dust.

Cursed: Extinguish 10 Fires (without the Fire Department).

Filthy: Get Bits and Pieces to purchase fuel for the water generator by rummaging through your indoor trash cans.

Gremlins: Max out Handiness Skill (by repairing broken things).

Grody: Own and Fully Upgrade an Atmospheric Water Generator.

Off-the-Grid: Earn 1,000 Simoleons from selling power and/or water.

Quake Zone: Get the Brave Trait from the Reward Store.

Reduce and Recycle: Recycle 10 Furniture Items found in dumpsters. (Burnt items DO NOT count!)

Simple Living: Cook 10 Different Meals using your own ingredients.

Spooky: Bring a Sim Back to Life with Ambrosia.

Volcanic Activity: Befriend a Dolphin (after becoming a mermaid).

Wild Foxes: Upgrade Chicken Coop to have a fox alarm. (Or get a Golden Hen - this was my original suggestion)

Wild Prairie Grass: Purchase a Mini Sheep or Mini Goat.

Haunted House Residential: Max out Medium Skill and Get your Paranormal Investigator License from Reward Store.

Mold: Become a Landlord with at least one tenant.
