I burned my hand very badly and can't afford to treat it. The entire back of my left hand has an open burn wound.

I don't have money for bandages or antibiotics (I am anaphylactically allergic to Sulfates so I have to get the more expensive Sulfate-free brand). I'm certain if I cannot treat it that it will be infected.

Any help, even an RB, would be greatly appreciated!
