Adjusting bedtime and waking up to your needed amount of sleep

Making sure you take your medication
Eating fruit/vegetables daily
Having water to drink around all the time

Not showering daily (unless necessary) *No jokes, it’s not really healthy for your skin and you waste a lot of water. You can have quick showers with no soap every day. Full, long and warm showers are better every other day

one thing I’ve noticed helps me stay motivated is to look at my learning as an exciting pathway to a million new experiences. learning a new language allows so many new doors to open in life, countless new people to talk to, books to read, information to consume. it gives you more chances to learn about yourself, and I think that’s incredible.
