I've realized that often the beginning is what I hate the most or find difficult to do, and this applies to all situations.

I'd like to have some friends with whom I could go out and share everything and connect like never before, but I don't know where to start looking. I'd love to start learning new languages because I enjoy learning good things, but sometimes it's embarrassing to start trying. I'd love to have the perfect routine for my daily life, but it's difficult to start new habits.

The beginning is always the problem, I really like the process, the development or even the endings and conclusions but never the beginnings, it is something that I rarely find difficult.

yet also… i wish i could be as platonically intimate with my male friends as my female friends without them making it weird. we can hug often and cuddle bro it’s ok. just means we care about each other. i’m sorry you’ve been lead to believe that touching is inherently sexual. there’s a loneliness epidemic for a reason, why should this shit be exclusive to people dating? if we could just lay our heads on each other’s shoulders once in a while we might not feel such a desperation for romantic love.
