A strange man gives you a small black bird and walks away. You decided to keep it as a pet... Unbeknownst to you, that man had passed a curse onto you.

At nightfall, the black bird crawls into your open mouth and makes its home within you; tainting your soul with malice and an insatiable hunger for human flesh.

NOTE: the TF keeps the PC looking mostly human. Irl there's no way knowing if someone's really an aswang unless you actually caught them in the act. In some cases, even holy artifacts and sacraments have no effect on them.

Abilities:

▸ You gain the ability to shape-shift into any animal you please, making your pursuit much easier and stealthier. +++ Stealth

▸ You gain some sort of demonic power.

▸ You can now jinx people without laying a finger on them or using spells. (Tinadtad si Whitney ng malas eh 💀)

Objectives:

▸ Try to live your life like normal. At night, the black bird inside you awakens and hungers for human flesh... you'll have to feed it somehow...

▸ Pass the black bird to someone to get rid of the curse. (Optional)

Personality: She appears meek on first impression. But under the surface she is actually tenacious, graceful, and smart... maybe a bit manipulative and convincing

❣ Has most of the common drawbacks of being albino (easy bruising, bad eyesight, sensitive skin, etc...) but she manages it fairly well.

She knows that she sticks out like a sore thumb but it doesn't bother her as much as it did when she was a child.

❣ Her hobbies include singing, dancing, painting and sleuthing.

❣ LIs: still undecided but I think a lot of them would work well.

❣ She's very flexible, has good balance, is very agile, and has strong muscles specifically in her legs. She's mostly pacifist but if she's forced to fight or defend herself, she definitely could cause injury. Perks of doing ballet, I guess?

Since I've been more or less posting on this blog for a little while, I thought I'd show you this. Here's my little OC! She doesn't have a name, at all. It's not the DOL MC, she's quite literally a tree.

She dreamed of socializing with the people she saw hanging out at the lake where she was growing and received the power to transform, just like Princess Tutu and starts attending the school on Oxford street.

She doesn't quite get humans yet and her only "friend" is the Ivory Wraith who haunts the lake she lives next to. But she dreams to one day becoming just as popular as the MC and their seemingly numerous friends.

She's clueless and overly chatty. She just lurks at people from a distance, learning about their habits and dreams. She has long silverish hair and a messy strand of hair sticking out like an antenna that represents one of her branches. She can't help but have a little leave sprout on said antenna when she's overly happy or angry.
