Handshake 3.0

They say third time's a charm, but this broke me. The Goodbyes track, Loki initiating the handshake, and staring at their hand knowing they're losing the one person in the world they want by their side forever. Sobbing my heart out.

Mobius between the horns

He really is forever on Loki's mind.

Jealous Mobius

"Swooning" and "how do you spell it?" and "it's breaking my reality". Man had planned their wedding already.

Pruned

I'll never forget how devastated Loki looked at seeing Mobius disintegrate. A theme that continued over and over.

Plus, the track Pruned being a blend of Loki and Mobius' themes and I 🥺

Cracker Jack

"You haven’t seen you got some Cracker Jack on your chin." Loki had definitely considered wiping that sticky corn off his chin for him, maybe lingering and staring at those lips.

Bike ride

Just like Mobius took little persuasion to take Loki to Pomeii, all it took for Loki to get on the bike is a little tilt of Mobius' head. They are so gone for each other.

Thorjane parallels

Loki admitting someone (cough, Mobius) made them soft and then to have Mobius stand all alone like Jane did at the end of Thor 1. I could scream forever about it.

Rom com search for Mobius

Going back to all the places they've been together, trying to find Mobius after realising he's the one they can trust.

"Let time pass"

Loki focusing in on Mobius, the green and gold shining over him while he talks to Sylvie, his words echoing to Loki in Yggdrasil at the end. Sobbing for a thousand hours.

Bonus: "It's got your shape to it"

Mobius is a Loki expert after all, he'd know their shape anywhere. 🤭 And bickering Lokius, my beloved.

Tuxes date

They look so good. What I wouldn't pay to see Loki fix Mobius' bow tie as a callback. We were robbed of them preparing for the mission.

IKEA furniture

They'll never figure it out, but they'll have fun arguing over it anyway. Beloveds.

"I was following you"

Like a true Möbius strip, they're both running after each other in a loop, both in front and behind the other.

Pie date

Such softness. Loki has learned so much and reflects it all on supporting Mobius. An amazing scene, with Loki even eating the sweet pie they clearly hate.

Soft smiles

Look at these soft idiots. They are so in love.

"Mischief" date

When you love and accept all of your beloved, you'll encourage their whims. Even call it "festivities".

"And he knows"

And, boy, does Mobius know Loki. Such a simple, almost understated moment.

This man is so jealous. "They say opposites attract. No."

Choosing to stay

Having Loki choose to stay with Mobius in contrast to running after Sylvie in S1 made me so feral. And that hand on the shoulder. Yup, we've seen that before. The parallels are paralleling.

Bonus: Loki's jealousy

There's several moments where Loki has this look in S2. This is the third time and I definitely read it as a twinge of jealousy at Mobius' interactions with others.
