I drew this as a meaningful thing, you can take it as a crossover universe ship or just a platonic one (I drew it solely for the purpose of 1990!Eddie giving 2019!Richie assurance because they're in the same boat)

In the 1990 adaptation Eddie was supposed to be intentionally gay, while in the upcoming 2019 adaptation Richie is going to be intentionally gay. Honestly idk what I thought when I drew this—
