Fun fact about me is a few months ago whenever I tried to shift I would wake up and my fucking hot and cold water faucets would switch. And to be honest to this day I don't know which is which now

How I look processing the fact I literally shifted today

Weird thing happened today, think I shifted

So I was waking up from my hour long nap and all of a sudden out of NOWHERE I go completely numb. A bit scary. I immediately think "oh shit is this it?" And so I start immediately affirming and I FUCKING HEARD MY DR ALARM I THINK?? but then something grounded me to this reality and I woke up and I was so mad. but like..I did it?? what the fuck??

you don't. you can't possibly know those things. so tell me again how you didn't shift. tell me one more time that you've not woken up one reality closer to your d/r on that little multiversal path.

i’ve trusted myself

i’ve trusted myself that not only am i capable of shifting but i also don’t need to put effort in it

all i need to shift is myself
