“so…” she stared yet another conversation after a moment of silence, leaning against the desk. “did you knew that steve raglan is an anagram for everlasting?”

william steve frowned a bit, not looking up from his documents.

“huh, no. that’s cool.” he shrugged and continued to write.

“was that intentional? you know, when you picked this name.”

he looked up from the papers at her after a moment with a confused look.

“what?”

“because if it was planned that’s kind of dorky, in like a cute way, I guess…” she shrugged, ignoring his question. although she tried to act cool she definitely looked more tense now.

they sat quietly in his office, he blinked at her a few times before leaning back in his chair, dropping his arms on his legs as he pulled away from the desk a bit. he didn’t say a word as he looked away, his hand going through his hair nervously as he sighed.

she was focused on the pen in her hands that she previously picked up, not daring to look at him at the moment.

“am i going to be next now?” she asked softly, almost whispering.

he turned around towards her with shocked and confused look. her eyes still focused on the pen as she touched the golden engraving ‘S. Raglan’ with her fingers. she tilted her head softly, sad and helpless look on her face.

“because i know now.” she added, clarifying her worries.

“but will you tell anyone?” he asked.

she stayed silent, shrugging as she looked away. “i should.”

“but will you?”

she finally looked up at him, on verge of tears and he immediately knew she won’t tell anyone. not when they both became so close in the past months.

William to begin with would first value you a lot as an employee.

sure, you might talk back or drop a mean word or two sometimes but the way you handle the customers?? DAMN. employee of the month in his eyes.

i wouldn’t call it an arguments but rather heated discussions between you two would happen a lot. he wouldn’t admit it but he likes it too.

because you’re not scared to tell him what you think he often asks you, out of all, for opinion.

your nonchalant and bold attitude IS attractive to him when you talk back to others, but might get a bit frustrated when you do it to him when others are around.

But when you two are alone he does enjoy the back and forth discussions.

“we wouldn’t still have a problem with Chica’s Cupcake falling off if you’d take care of it properly on the first time.” you remark as you leaned against the counter in the break room. William was making himself a coffee, his eyes focused on the brown liquid that was being poured into the cup.

“i have a lot of work now. it is not more important than the bills and paperwork we have to get done by the end of this month.” he replied, unimpressed with your straight forward comment, his eyes not leaving the cup even for a second.

“not if the Cupcake keeps falling off the stage on the kids.” you decide to continue, eyes rolling as you grab your food.

“maybe you should take care of it then?” a frown on his face appeared.

“i don’t have training for other than just a ‘help assistant’ for mechanics here.” you scoff at him. William’s eyes looked at you only for a moment, so quick that you weren’t even sure if it wasn’t just your imagination.

“then we can do it together, you can help me and you’ll check if this time the work is done properly.” his tone had a hint of sarcasm in it. it was his turn to roll his eyes as he finally straightened up from his leaning position over the counter, adjusting the cup in his hands.

“sure.” you shrugged, not expecting him to actually agree. his gaze landed on you again, puzzled expression on his face, but he nodded after a moment as a smirk appeared on his face.

“i’ll call for you after your break.” his expression slightly amused now as he exited the room, walking back towards his office.

William would ask you more often for help or other tasks that require his assistance as he starts to catch feelings.

he loves to tease a lot!!! when it’s your shift he knows none of you will be bored that day.

when you’re not working he does catch himself getting distracted by his thoughts going back to you.

would check on you a lot if you’re sick too, covering his concern and worry behind work stuff.

if you’re good at your job in general then he’s definitely going to promote you. he knows how much a strong head is important when dealing with customers.

when you two start having a romantic relationship he wouldn’t stop to tease you but will make sure you know how much he values you and everything you do for him and the pizzeria. 🫶🏻

William would ask you out to somewhere private and calm. it’s evening for you two and he doesn’t want any distractions.

it might be a nice dinner in a small, fancy restaurant, maybe a walk to the park - depends on how you like it.

he would also consider things he already know about you to chose the place. maybe you wanted to see the new art gallery or this new chinese restaurant by the end of the street.

he puts extra effort to remember those things about you to use it later in situations like this. ^

“you said that one time you wanted to see this new place, if i remember correctly, right? Oh yeah. I was actually thinking about going there too. We can go together if you’d like. (*🙄🫣*)”

William makes sure he looks good, obviously,- his tie tied neatly, a white shirt, new jacket and shoes clean. His hair brushed, body hair trimmed, fresh cologne. At some point he feels weird putting this much effort into his looks, rather concerned if it would even help, but whenever you’ll compliment him he knows it was worth it.

he will ask a lot of questions, honestly curious about you and your life. he will also gladly answer yours (he does likes to talk about himself a bit). would try to avoid hard topics for the first date, but will tell you the important stuff that is nice to know before getting into relationship (kids, work etc etc [if you didn’t knew about it before that is]).

compliments your looks in return a lot, and actually can’t take his eyes off you all the time[🥴].

by the end of the day he does hold your hand or arm while walking you back to your place. Leaning into your touch a bit when it’s time to say goodbye.

After he’s back at his own place he has to admit that he actually did enjoyed this night a lot despite his previous worries and already tries to find an excuse to go out with you again very soon.

William, aside from “traditional” dates, would call you sometimes in the morning, telling you that he has some business party going on and ask “if you’d like to come with him- or something-🙄” (but he’s actually flustered on the other side of the phone when you say yes).

he’s always extra charming and polite, trying to make the best impression on you. 🫶🏻

what i love about fnaf and it’s fanfics is how many people can make so many different versions of fnaf lore because there’s so many things that aren’t confirmed. i love every version of CC name, William and Henry’s designs and characters background stories- gods i love fnaf👾💜‼️

𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞.

based on my daydreaming about william’s humming <3 (I haven’t checked for any mistakes so forgive me if you spotted any </3)

You were extremely tired. You just got back home late, your legs and head ached and all you wanted was sleep. But even this wasn’t so easy. You took a long, warm shower and got to bed. William was still finishing some work and the empty side of his bed didn’t help with your current mood. Tossing around and finding good positions for a few hours didn’t resulted in anything more than a few minutes of nap, which when you woke up from made you even more tired than before. That’s when you heard a quiet sound of your front door opening. William clearly thought that you were already asleep and didn’t wanted to possibly wake you up when he slowly entered your shared bedroom. His hands already working with his tie, loosening it after all day, his coat left downstairs (probably tossed on the armchair now, but William will take care of it in the morning). He also looked exhausted, his hair a bit messy and his light purple shirt wrinkled on his arms — ‘he definitely rolled up his sleeves a lot working on the paperwork and animatronics today’. William turned around and saw you sitting up slightly as he gave you a small but sweet smile. He did looked quite surprised that you’re still awake though.

“Darling, why are you still awake? It’s almost…” he checked his watch in the dimmed light. “it’s after 1AM, you should be asleep.” he sounded worried, but scoffed amused when all he got was a bunch of your mumbling after that as a response.

“i can’t sleep…” you managed to whisper after a moment, clearly tired. William changed into more comfortable clothes already and now sat beside you, fixing your hair that fell onto your face. He chuckled and let you wrap your arms around him and hugged you back, his hand on your back as you leaned onto him, your eyes already closing again. William chuckled once more and lied down with you, holding you close while softly his hand moved up and down on your back. His other hand holding your cheek for a moment when he gave you a soft kiss on the forehead. You stayed like that for a moment and you could feel yourself finally falling asleep when you heard William humming softly. Oh. His voice. It was so soothing and immediately calmed your mind every time.

As William looked down at you again he smiled, seeing you finally asleep, getting the rest that you deserved.

a/n: i’m slowly back on tumblr, last days were terrible i won’t lie. fnaf is the only thing that is keeping me sane at this moment🧍🏻‍♀️i’m so sorry it’s so short! i never thought about this trope much before, but recently i started to think about it more🫣. (someone send in some fics recs maybe pretty please-)

William found you attractive already at the beginning. It wasn’t a silly crush, just admiration for your charismatic personality and good looks.

but as time went by and he started to get to know you better and felt more attached to you around.

he wouldn’t treat you better that other employees because of that though. he values work a lot and still expects you to do your best at work.

which doesn’t mean he wouldn’t make your work as pleasant as he can. joining you during your lunch brake (or cigarette/smoke break if you smoke). Buying/making you coffe or tea.

will give you lifts home after work when you’re on closing shift.

he is hesitant to get into a serious relationship at first, but will eventually properly ask you out.

he is still distant and can be cold at first, but will relax and calm around you when you’ll show serious interest in him and potential relationship.

and then he would ask you out again, now fully with intention of starting a romantic relationship.

probably something fancy like a fancy restaurant and depending on your preferences a quiet walk if you don’t like the crowds.

will spoil you aside from work

and will be more willing to help you out if you’d ask to change your shifts at work or anything like that.

he still expects you to work hard but will be much softer behind the closed doors. (don’t be afraid to tell him when he’s crossing the line with you or his other employees. he will at least listen to you and think about it)

soft kisses and gentle touches at work, teasing you and distracting on purpose when he’s bored- 🫣🫶

If Henry likes you and the idea of you dating William, we will give him/you some dating tips (i’m so sure he would help a lot with this emotional sphere especially at the beginning!)
