I don't remember if I shared this idea already, but I was reading a fic with a similar idea and wanted to share how I would write it.
Lower rank Marines wouldn't look twice at Sanji as he passed them by. He's just another pirate to them, so he's treated the same as the rest of his crew. It isn't until Whiskey Peak that Igaram notices him, or rather, how his eyebrows swirl and how his face looks familiar in a way he can't quite place. This goes ignored until Alabasta. Specifically, when King Cobra pulls him aside, concern and apprehension twisting the kind king’s face.
“What business do you have with my kingdom, prince of Germa?”
The question stuns Sanji, blood draining from his face as he slowly turns to face the king. Terror is etched into his face, and it’s only that expression that causes Cobra to pause.
“Am I mistaken then?”
Sanji shakily brings a lit cigarette to his lips, a shuddering breath leaving his lungs with the puff of smoke.
“In blood only. I don’t have any ties or connection to that name.”
Cobra nods, understanding the unspoken words, though questions still linger on his tongue.
“Then I would advise caution, as that kingdom is more well-known to noble families and high ranking marines than you would know. The faces of those nobles are much more easily recognized than you would know. As a friend of my daughter, I would recommend you not draw too much attention to yourself, though that may be difficult as you are a pirate.”
Sanji nods.
“I’ll take that into consideration.”
The next time is during Water 7 on the train to Enies Lobby. Only the higher Cipher Pol members who are more knowledgeable about World Government matters would pay attention to Sanji, how he looks, and how familiar yet different he appears to certain nobility. Lucci is the one who speaks plainly once Sanji approaches them. "Vinsmoke. A fallen prince if you'd stoop so low as to converse with pirates. What are you doing fighting with them? For them? For this woman who is nothing more than a demon in disguise?"
Sanji snaps, though Lucci continues his tirade against Robin and all that she is. As soon as Sanji and Usopp have been separated from the rest of the train, CP9 continues on their way to Enies Lobby.
From there, once Lucci and the rest reach Spandam and before more progress can be made towards taking Robin, Lucci suggests a call to be sent out to a certain kingdom in the North. And caught off guard, Spandam obliges if only because Lucci would never do this unless it was important. This is when Germa learns of Sanji of the Strawhat Pirates. And this is when they request confirmation of the wayward prince. CP9 promises this, and so a much more subtle plot is worked into their goals.
During Sanji's fight with Kalifa, she succeeded in getting proof in the form of a sneaky picture, catching the moment Sanji was serving her tea. When she kicks him off the balcony from the room she's in, she sends the proof off through a DenDen to Germa. They receive it just in time for Enies Lobby to fall, but that doesn’t matter to them.
It's only a matter of time for Germa to get his Only Alive wanted poster made. And from there, Germa starts to move. While they don't reach Sanji at Water 7 or Thriller Bark, Sabaody Archipelago is the perfect battleground for them to make their move. And there, soon after the Pacifista attack and Kizaru approaches the crew, Sanji's siblings join the fray with their only orders being to collect Sanji and bring him home to where he belongs.
They succeed.

Sanji pulls his hair when stressed. Yes, I agree. I also think he should unconsciously bite things when he's stressed or anxious. Normally, it's the cigarettes he's smoking, but not always. I think on more rare occasions, he bites his hands or wrists.

Sanji Week Day 3 - "Stealth Black"
[This was going to be longer, but I think this ending is more fun ^u^]
"But after the battle, if I lose my mind, you must kill me."
The words from Onigashima hung in the air as Zoro stood in front of Sanji. Within only a few weeks, things had changed. Sanji wasn't the same man Zoro had known for all this time. And now, on some nameless island, Zoro stood in front of Sanji, swords ready in his hands.
Sanji only stared, a blank look on his face as his black hair blew in the soft breeze. This wasn't Sanji anymore.
"Who are you?"
Sanji didn't react at first, just staring at Zoro. In a single blink, Zoro was knocked onto his back, a dress shoe firmly placed on his chest as Sanji stood above him with a cold look in his eye.
"I am Vinsmoke Sanji, third prince of the Germa Kingdom, but you," he leaned down, a sneer on his face, "you can call me Stealth Black."
Zoro felt the pressure on his chest increase as Stealth Black pressed his weight onto him. Zoro aimed a slash at him, only for him to back away quickly. In another second, Stealth Black was gone taking Sanji with him.

Sanji Week Day 2 - "Chivalry"
[This one actually turned out kind of nice. Hope you enjoy ^u^]
The campfire in the middle of the townsquare was burning brightly, the corruption that had run rampant finally destroyed after so long. And yet, as Ray looked at the pirates dancing around the square, sharing food made by their chef, they couldn't help but to feel a frustrated sense of confusion. The chef left the center of the feast, leaning against a building where Ray had sat holding a plate of food and watching. They could feel a question burning inside them, and they turned to the chef.
"Why do you do it?"
Sanji breathed out cigarette smoke, letting the cloud disappear, then turned to face the villager with a questioning look.
"You'll have to be a bit more specific."
Ray let out a sigh, messing a hand through their hair as they gestured to the townspeople around them, all eating the food that Sanji had made with smiles and laughter filling the air. The pirates had saved them and that fact alone confused Ray, but the fact that they had then gone and fed everyone further bothered Ray.
"You gave us food! You're a pirate! Pirates don't do that sort of thing!"
Sanji chuckled, taking another drag of his cigarette and blowing the smoke upwards. He had a kind smile on his face as he looked out at the people around them. His crew were off in the middle, enjoying the feast he had helped make, sharing it with the town they had fought for and with against those who had terrorized them.
"We're a different kind of Pirate crew, at least that's what my captain would say. But me? I know what it's like to be hungry, starving rather, more than anyone. No one deserves that. Not even my worst enemy."
Ray hummed, mulling over the answer he gave as they gingerly picking up a piece of food from their plate and took a bite. Their eyes watered as the flavors melted on their tongue. It was delicious. The best thing Ray has had in years since their town had been taken over.
"Do you like it?" Sanji asked, and Ray could only nod as they wiped the tears from their eyes.
"You and your crew are confusing. Nothing you do makes sense."
Sanji chuckled, a smile making its way onto his face. He stubbed out his cigarette and walked to stand in front of Ray.
"That's just how it goes with this crew. But we would have helped you all in one way or another."
"Then I guess we have to thank you," Ray spoke quietly, staring at the Strawhat captain dancing in the middle of the crowd as the skeleton played a tune on a guitar.
Sanji shrugged, turning to walk towards his crew as he spoke behind him.
"That’s up to you. We don't really help people to be heroes. My captain isn't really a fan of that idea. Just make sure you eat, and I'll be sure to leave enough before we set sail so no one goes hungry."
Ray watched as Sanji weaved through the crowd, bumping the green-haired swordsman as he got closer with a smile on his face. The other man bumped him back, then handed him a mug of alcohol. They were laughing together, the whole crew seemed so carefree and simply happy. Ray decided this was nice, this carefree and kind type of pirate crew. And Sanji himself was one of the kindest pirates Ray had ever met. They took another bite, watching Sanji swoon over the two girls on his crew, and they smiled.
"You're too kind, Sanji, and I can only hope that the world won't take that from you."

Sanji Week Day 1 - "Memories"
[Not my best work but I wanted to participate very badly. Here's hoping that I can keep up with the prompts ^u^]
A wave of nostalgia rushed over Sanji as he took the ingredients from the fridge to the cutting board. The smell of oil cooking away in a pan behind him had him hurrying to cut the seafood to mix it into rice cooking away.
Seafood fried rice was one of the first dishes Zeff had taught him to make, in his own gruff way. 'Keep the heat steady or it'll burn, eggplant!' 'Don't stop mixing it, unless you want to buy a new pan!'
He could almost hear the old geezer correcting him again as he moved around the kitchen, stirring the rice until everything was mixed in. He smiled as he plated the dish, watching as Luffy led the charge to the dining table. The smiles he received as everyone started eating and enjoying his food only brightened his mood.
'You did well, little eggplant.'
The words of praise he could almost imagine Zeff saying warmed his heart as he finally sat with his crew and enjoyed the meal he had made.

The Divorce part of the ZoSan Divorce AU has basically happened now. Besides the aftermath of that whole mess, I don't know what to add to fill in the gaps between the major parts of the fic.
I have a few barely thought put plans, but I'm willing to hear what y'all have to say. I think besides what's happening with Zoro and Sanji, the next part is gonna need more Luffy and maybe also Nami.

[Something for fun, slightly suggestive at the end, but nothing happens.]
"What do you think about kids?"
Sanji choked on the cigarette smoke he had just inhaled, coughing out the sudden unpleasant inhale of nicotine. He looked as Zoro's neutral expression through watery eyes as he tried to breathe normally.
"First of all, fuck you for that."
Zoro shrugged in response.
"Second of all... I guess kids are fine. I mean, there were those kids on Punk Hazard and then Toko and Otama on Wano. They were good kids. What brought this on out of no where though Moss?"
Zoro looked away for a minute, Sanji following his gaze to the market they were at to see a small family walking together. A little girl holding hands with her mother and father, and she was smiling as she walked between them, talking about whatever was on her mind.
"I guess I just wonder sometimes what it'd be like." Zoro spoke quietly almost hesitantly.
Sanji could feel the smirk on his face soften at those words. He sat closer to the swordsman, leaning on his shoulder as he kept watching the family walk away. It really was a nice thought.
"I know what you mean. To an extent anyway," Sanji agreed, reaching to hold one of Zoro's hands, "sometimes it's nice to imagine what it'd be like."
"Do you think you'd ever want a kid?"
"I don't know, maybe someday. I just hope if it does happen that I don't screw it up. I've been through enough to know that I don't want that for any kid."
"You don't give yourself enough credit, Curls," Zoro murmured, bringing Sanji's hand up to his face to press his lips against it, "You'd be great and I'd be there with you."
"Yeah, I guess you're right." Sanji smiled, looking at Zoro as the swordsman smiled back.
"So, as far as having kids... should we start trying for one do you think?" Zoro barely got the question out when Sanji sprung up and kicked him over.
"You barbarian! How crass can you get?!"
"Oh, like you weren't begging me last night for it!"
"Shut the fuck up before I make you, stupid moss!"
"I'd like to see you try, asshole cook!"
The onlookers would see the fight long into the nighttime. Yet the whole time, the swordsman and cook were smiling at each other, even if neither would admit it.

[Prompt from @jake-is-screaming-in-tune .
The prompt was: Zoro and Sanji are in a crowded place and so as to not let Zoro out of his sight, Sanji takes his hand.]
"Keep up, Mosshead! We need to hurry up back to Sunny with the supplies."
Sanji kept an eye on Zoro through the crowded marketplace. They were each carrying bags of food he had purchased, but the crowd seemed to have increased as they had continued. Sanji could tell the longer they took to get back, the more likely it would be that Zoro would wander off. So, with a sigh, he weaved through the crowd to the swordsman's side.
"Alright, Moss, grab my hand. It wouldn't do to let the plant life wander off."
He grinned at the scowl Zoro shot him, though he rearranged the bags in his arms to grab onto his hand. Sanji smiled to himself as he led the way back to the docks.
"I wouldn't have gotten lost dumb cook."
"Sure Mossy. Whatever you want to believe."
And if he squeezed Zoro's hand on the way back, no one would know but him and his companion.

[Felt kinda shitty, take some fluff and comfort. Idk if this counts as a panic attack or not, but warning for that.]
It seemed today was destined to be difficult. Sanji woke up on time, started his usual morning routine, only to enter the galley and pause. It was as if a weight had settled onto his chest. He took a deep breath in, yet it felt like not enough air was getting through to him. He stumbled over to the kitchen, leaning heavily onto his hands as he tried to steady himself.
Chopper had started sharing more mental health resources, and had practiced breathing techniques with him, but even those seemed too much to deal with at the moment. Every breath he took only increased the weight until he was curled up on the ground, head on top of his knees trying to control his breathing. A hand found its way into his hair, grabbing on in a tight fist. He barely heard the door open, the sound of heavy footsteps only partially reaching through the haze of panic. When a hand settled onto his fistful of hair, he flinched away to look up into a concerned gray eye.
“Are you with me now, Curls?” Zoro asked, watching the man struggle to breathe again on the floor.
Sanji could see Zoro, but everything was still too much. He felt tears building in his eyes, a whimper stuck in his throat as he tried desperately to calm down.
“C-can’t,” Sanji got out, reaching with his free hand towards Zoro, who carefully took hold of it.
“Okay, yes or no questions for now. Do you need me to get Chopper?”
Sanji shook his head no, and Zoro hummed as he ran his thumb on the back Sanji’s hand.
“Do you need Luffy? I think I’ve seen you go to him before.”
Another head shake, followed by a choked off sob.
“Do you want me to stay with you then? I don’t want to leave you alone like this.”
Sanji finally nodded, pulling himself closer to Zoro. When the man pulled Sanji into a hug, Sanji felt tears trail down his face. Zoro took no time settling on the floor and pulling Sanji into his lap. He held himclose, trying to exaggerate his breathing as he worked to get Sanji to release the hair he held onto. Slowly, breathing came easier and Sanji leaned heavily onto Zoro as he felt the pressure finally lift.
“So… do you wanna talk about it?” Zoro broke the quiet that had settled over them.
With a sigh, Sanji pressed his face into Zoro’s shoulder.
“I don’t know what there is to talk about. It just came on so suddenly. I just entered the galley and felt like I couldn’t breathe.” Sanji spoke, holding himself as he looked away from the swordsman, “I love cooking though, I love my job. Why it would cause this so suddenly, I have no idea.”
“Hmm,” Zoro hummed, stroking a hand up and down Sanji’s back, “didn’t you say to me once that these things just happen sometimes? You don’t need a reason to feel bad, and you know we’re all here to help you out, right?”
Sanji could feel a smile grow as Zoro held him closer to his chest.
“Who knew a stupid moss would know just what to say to cheer me up.”

Someone please poke the writing braincell. I want to talk about my blorbos and headcanons and hopefully get inspired to write more ZoSan/SanZo or work on this little LuSan fic I've been poking at.
I'll even take more three sentence prompts, literally anything one piece related.
