A Silver/Jet rivalry would be very funny to me because Silver is a hedgehog that can fly and Jet is a bird that cannot fly

Silver has a very topsy turvy time in Sonic 06. First he has to kill lava Satan over and over again to try and save the world then he has to go back in time and kill some blue dude to try and save the world, then some pink girl he spent a day with challenges his world view on love and the world then he decides to go back to assassinating the blue guy only for someone that looks exactly like the guy that told him to kill the blue dude to get in the way, kick him in the head and then take him back another 10 years in the past where he learns that lava satan and the guy that sent him back in first place are actually two halves of a sun god that was torn apart by a science experiment so he has to seal lava satan inside a princess before returning to the future and deciding to seal lava Satan inside himself to save the future but he’s not compatible with lava Satan so his friend has to do it instead and she puts herself in another dimension and pretty much dies in front of him

Every time Silver makes progress on his mission it turns into a different mission

Silver is not a full blooded hedgehog. After 200 years of fiery hell world Silver is bred from a combination of anything that managed to survive. Silver is part mink which is why he’s aggro and has evil little ears and part cockatoo which is why his quills flare up and down and he has the big floof chest

Silver and Blaze are best friends because they are bad at being the animals they say they are. Silver is a hedgehog that’s slow and hates darkness and Blaze is a cat that’s afraid of heights and likes water

Jet makes Silver really mad so Shadow tells him to cool it. You know that he has no chill when Shadow is telling you to cool it.

Silver’s story in Sonic Rivals 2 ends with Eggman Nega begging for his life but Silver and Espio just ignore him and be gay

Silver is the opposite of Shadow in that Silver loves the world and its people but struggles with close individual relationships while Shadow has no love for the world or it’s people but is driven by his individual relationships with Maria and Sonic.
