Note: WOOHOO TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY!! I’ll try to post more often instead of just being inactive, AND SKDJISI this is not x reader, I just put it in that category for ppl to find it better

♪ | Ena ft. Akito

• Compared to her relationship with Akito, yours is definitely different

• since you’re really quiet, she often can’t help but rant to you about Akito and other things, such as school or just Akito being Akito 😭

• Living with the Shinonomes is quite chaotic, especially when the two are arguing trying to get you to take another’s side

• Even though they don’t really get along, they try not to argue so much around you because they don’t want you to be like either of them. They do realize that arguing isn’t good but they can’t help it sometimes. Also because they don’t like to see you upset, they couldn’t stand to see you have an argument with them even more.

• No matter how much they may argue, just being in the middle of it might just be enough for them to stop

• Even if there is some moments where the fighting gets bad, the both of them will make sure to apologize and maybe make it up to you, but it might be a little awkward and forced when going out

•But of course, there is some good moments such as her taking you out shopping, or trying on her clothes.. but there is some moments where the siblings will fight over who’s style is better, then calls eachother’s clothes ugly (I don’t blame her)

• That aside, she introduces you to Mizuki and they absolutely adore you, also taking you out to eat or go places with N25

• Although, the ones you probably understand the most are Mafuyu and Kanade. Kanade enjoys being around you because she can also see you as a sibling, but she would PROBABLY never tell that to Ena

• But she does take into consideration of how quiet you are too, if you want she’ll do all the speaking. The only thing she has a problem with is your problems, if you don’t speak about them much she doesn’t really know how to help. Even though she rants a lot to you, she’ll still listen to what you have to say

• (also them trying to give you their carrots under the table) but she makes a good sibling when her and Akito actually get along!!

Note: I think I’ll stick to short posts for now, just until I come up with more inspiration I’ll write more hcs w the same promt for other characters sjsksksjs 😭

• She isn’t EXTREMELY good at cooking herself, so she would probably like admiring you doing so!!

• But when she does, she can’t stop because she gets really focused and doesn’t think before she starts doing it. She’ll be embarrassed and realize what she said afterwards, but would be more comfortable to just say it to your face later

• Kohane loves things like baking, so she would love if you helped her get better at it!!

• Even though she knows she can’t match up to your level, she would still try to make you things in return! Even if it doesn’t come out good she’ll probably be disappointed but will be happy if you still eat it

• She most likely wants to help since she always sees you cooking, but shes unsure whether you want her help and avoids asking, but if you ask her to she’ll be more than glad to

• Totally would talk about you to the rest of VBS because of how talented you are 😦👍👍

• She would enjoy listening to how you got so good at it and who taught you or if you taught yourself how to cook. Overall she is really thankful for her partner and how they make all of these amazing things for her!!

Even though he isn’t mentioned much in the first story anymore I still really like him and I’m glad he got his own manga

I NORMALLY do HCS like I said but I’ll make an exception for my first request! added a self insert (gn) of reader being part of nightcord because that’s all I really do, plus you didn’t seem to mind

“(Nickname)” = Online nickname

ALSO!!! BEFORE YOU READ!!! I wrote reader’s dialogue a bit boring so you could make your own dialogue in your head!

Catrocity Ensemble

• when it comes to Meowfuyu’s appearance, she would have purple fur and fluffy fur with a small body

• ALWAYS grooms her fur

• Mafuyu as a cat would probably not even want anything to do with you, Ena, and Mizuki tbh, as most cats already do

• Ena still wouldn’t even be able to process what is happening the next day, literally just staring in disbelief while Akito is wondering what the hell she’s yelling about

• even after the incident Mizuki would still call her the nickname “meowfuyu” at times even though Mafuyu would never understand it

• Kanade is shocked (still believes her either way)

• she’d probably be a little frustrated with not being able to do school work or write songs properly, with that she doesn’t even know how to tell her mom, nor make up a good excuse for being “away” from home all day

• When you meet up in sekai, Ena tries not to believe it’s actually her but can’t deny it anymore as she literally sees a purple cat right in front of her while Mizuki is just amazed

• If nightcord ever met up during this time, mafuyu would just sit by and watch the group work while she obviously can’t write with her paws

•she probably tried a few times

• in the main story she didn’t mind disappearing so I don’t think she’ll mind being a cat that much, it would be like having a small break from reality

• as much as Mizuki would like to see her play with cat toys, she wouldn’t be interested at all and just ignore Mizuki whenever they would throw toys around or use a fishing rod around her

• Mizuki always tries to dress her in small things while Mafuyu suffers in silence

• just ignores all the other cats on the block whenever she encounters them

•honestly the nickname “Meowfuyu” did make her feel a bit warm even though she never understood the reason why, she didn’t really mind it though

It was nearly 25:00 as you tapped your desk and waited for everyone to join the call. Sitting in silence, familiar users going by “K” and “Amia” appeared on (Name)’s computer screen. “Yahoo! Is anyone here?” Mizuki joyfully exclaimed, as usual. “Oh, Mizuki and (Nickname). Where’s Enanan and Yuki?” Kanade asked, she usually speaks about Mafuyu when she doesn’t come so early, Ena always comes after Mizuki, and Mafuyu just does school work before joining.

“Enanan usually comes after me..but I’m sure Mafuyu will come later” Right as Mizuki said, “Enanan” joined the call

“I’m here, I was busy working on the thumbnail I forgot to join, did I miss anything?” “Oh! Enanan! We haven’t worked on anything yet, so you didn’t miss anything so far.” Ena and Mizuki spent their time talking about the newest song coming up, while Kanade quietly worked. “Hey (Nickname), do you think you can check this out? I want to know if it’s alright.” Kanade sent the file to the chat while you opened the file.

Without hesitation, you listened to the draft Kanade asked you to check out. As usual, you could just say how nice you thought the composition was. “I think it sounds great, but Enanan and Amia might have something to say about it” “Alright. Thanks, (Nickname.)”

Kanade then went off to ask Ena and Mizuki for any suggestions or things she could fix after asking (Name), but in a matter of time your focus went on about when Mafuyu was going to join the call. Mafuyu wasn’t always this late, so perhaps something got in the way? The only way to find out would be to actually talk to her through her and your DM. The talking between the three continued as you scrolled through Nightcord and opened up your DM between you and Mafuyu. “<Hey Yuki, are you busy? K has already asked when you’d join.>” While typing your message, you noticed Mafuyu was online at the moment and waited for her response.

“<Oh, (*Misspelled* Nickname) I womt bw abke tp joim todsy.>” Seeing Mafuyu’s misspelled words made you laugh a little, but it made you confused at the same time. Something seriously had to be wrong if she could mess up that bad in typing a message. “<Yuki, is everything alright?” You replied, waiting for an answer. Her first message only took a matter of seconds, but this one was taking longer so there was a feeling she wasn’t gonna respond anytime soon.

Waiting a few minutes, a notification from the call broke the silence. You switched your tab back to the call between the 4 of you and noticed “Yuki” had joined. “I’m here.” “Oh, Yuki.” Even though you hoped she’d join today, you were still confused as to why she said she wouldn’t. Ena and Mizuki were still muted and working on the illustration and MV, and Kanade was going over what was said while Mafuyu wasn’t here.

“K, Amia, Enanan, (Nickname). Can we meet in SEKAI for a few minutes?” Right as Mafuyu spoke, everyone in the call unmuted. “Huh? Why right now?” “It’s a little late.. but I think I can go if it’s just a few minutes.” “This late? I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to go though if it’s that important”

So along with everyone else, you left the call after everyone left. Still confused on what was going on, you opened your phone and opened to a song that was named “untitled” and played it. It was only a few seconds before you saw familiar patterns surround and lead you into the empty SEKAI from before. Standing in front of you was three people, Ena, Kanade, and Mizuki.“Hey.. so where’s mafuyu? I thought she was coming.” Ena spoke, a little annoyed since Mafuyu requested to meet in SEKAI this late. “Ena.. don’t sound so annoyed, we just came!” After Mizuki started speaking, the two started to argue (as usual)

“If Mafuyus near us, then we should look for her.” You could see that Ena obviously wasn’t up for Kanade’s idea, especially with her being tired. “I messaged Mafuyu, she said she wasn’t coming but joined the call a few minutes later” The group of three turned their attention to you, probably expecting you to speak more. There wasn’t much to say due to Mafuyu not having much to say at all. Suddenly foot steps started to come closer and closer to where the group was standing. “Kanade? Why are you four here?” The person standing there was Miku, not showing any expression. “Oh, Miku. Mafuyu asked us to meet in SEKAI, we were just about to start looking for her.” “Hey—“ just as soon as Ena was about to protest, she was interrupted by a familiar voice.

“I’m here.” The group including Miku all turned their heads just to see a small purple cat with a fluffy tail and fluffy fur, weirdly talking. No one spoke a word, there was just complete silence as no one could even process what the hell is going on. “what.” was the only word Ena could speak out as her face was in shock, standing as still as a statue. “Mafuyu!? Is that you!?” Mizuki yelled, waving their arms around in pure entertainment. Going back to Kanade, she couldn’t even say anything. “Mafuyu?” There was almost never an expression on Miku either, but her eyes went wide as soon as she saw Mafuyu.

“No, That can’t be Mafuyu.. please tell me I’m dreaming..” “Hey, I can pinch you if you want to test it out!” The two then chased each other around, the only thing you wanted to do was just escape the entire chaos that was going on right now. “Mafuyu, when did this happen??” You questioned, Kanade was about to speak as if she was about to ask the same thing. “I don’t know. All I can remember is falling asleep during my homework. When I woke up, I was Iike this.” You suddenly remembered all of the funny misspellings and figured that was the reason why. “So that’s the reason to all of those misspellings..”

“Mafuyu..Is that really is that really you? Maybe I should sleep more often if I’m seeing things..” “Yes, this is me.” Mafuyu replied, not seeing at all bothered by her current state. “Well if your gonna stay like this forever, we’ll have to come up with some name! Hmm… what about Meow fuyu!?” “Well ‘Meowfuyu’ isn’t going to escape from her lyric writing anytime soon, so we need a way to make her turn back or something.” Even though Mizuki had already seemed to get used to it, Ena was still pretty blunt about “Meowfuyu”

“Yeah, Im not sure how she’ll be able to do anything with her current state” you laughed, the entire situation was just horrible. Mizuki then crouched down to pet Meowfuyu, amazed by how soft her fur was. “Meowfuyu’s fur is really soft!! I wonder how many times she had to clean herself to get it this soft!” Ena was clearly really annoyed by Meowfuyu and Mizuki. “Hey, don’t get so ahead of yourself Mizuki, she’s not an actual animal.” “Don’t be so blunt, Ena! (Name), Kanade, you should come feel her fur while she’s still here!” Walking towards Meowfuyu, you reached down to glide your hand across her light purple fur. “Mizukis right, But I don’t think she feels very comfortable right now because we’ve been here for barely any minutes.”

“Now that Mafuyus a cat, this makes me really want a cat now..cat owners are so lucky!” “Great..now all of those online cat photos, and now out of all things, Mafuyu turns into a cat!” “Ena! Don’t be so jealous, I’m sure your photos will get more likes someday.” The only thing you could do was just watch Ena and Mizuki argue about online cat photos topping Enas selfies while Kanade watched tiredly. “Even after this, I’ll still need to convince myself this entire thing wasn’t a dream..” “Come on Meowfuyu! You should spend the night at my house, I can imagine all the stuff I could dress you in!” “(Name), please help me before they get to anything” “As much as I would, I don’t think there’s stopping Mizuki anytime soon.” Even though Ena was clearly annoyed, she still laughed about it with everyone else when Mafuyu was just confused about the nickname and what was going on.

My tumblr is really laggy, also Ena for sure woke up the next morning with no sleep and in a bad mood (I love writing until 4:38 AM)

NIGHTCORD Dating Headcanons

- Mizuki loves to show their clothes and share their ideas, they also let you pick what they wear sometimes!

- Mizuki takes you on small dates like going to the shopping mall, cafes, their sekai, or wherever you’d suggest. They insist on buying anything you wanted even if you tried to turn them down

-Whenever Mizuki sends you cards, they are usually VERY decorated. They usually don’t buy them but instead make their own, decorating with stickers and drawing cute things on the side. Don’t underestimate the ‘VERY’ when it comes to Mizuki (seriously)

- Mizuki loves to match with you, you may have different taste in clothing but they wouldn’t mind trying something new

If it was Mizuki’s choice they would choose something in pastel colors, not minding if you wanted to wear pants rather than a skirt, dress, ect. (As long as you two match they don’t mind what you choose)

- You would have things with Mizuki like running around in fields of flowers while you try to keep up with Mizuki.

- If they or you stayed over at one of your houses, they would definitely give you a kiss on the forehead before you slept

- Staying over would also include having lots of pillow fights and dressing each other in either of your clothes

- They would 100% want to make flower crowns with you and wear them together

- Public Affection: Mizuki doesn’t mind public affection, in fact they use it towards you themself if you were comfortable. They would give you light kisses on your cheek and hugs.

If you ever feel nervous in public, they take you somewhere else where you feel comfortable and stay close to you.

♪ | 朝比奈まふゆ Mafuyu

- Of course, Mafuyu helps you with things you don’t understand or find difficult. Such as math, asking her would make you feel bad since she is known for always helping her classmates. She is completely aware of your guilt and understands it.

- Whenever she’s around you she never has to put up her “nice, friendly” persona. She doesn’t feel the need to pretend to feel something she doesn’t when she’s with you. Even when she’s not in a good mood.

- Dates with Mafuyu may usually be in her unit’s Sekai, walking around or sitting peacefully. If it was out of the Sekai, it will be at quiet places like parks. She wouldn’t mind taking you to places such as cafes even if it was noisy.

- She likes to show you her archery, even if she gets hurt. She insists she’s fine but you sometimes freak out over her injuries and try to help. Even though this happens most of the time she does archery you can’t help but feel worried.

- Before you sleep, she sings you some of her songs from her unit. It’s very calm, even if you don’t feel tired she still finds a way to make you fall asleep.

- Mafuyu teaches you stuff you may already not know of, and show you what she does. In this, she is interested about what you do in your free time too.

- Even though most of the time Mafuyu is more calm, she often asks you on dates more. She brings you to places you’ve never been before.

- Whenever your at her house, she’s make you things like tea or make you food if you wanted. While drinking tea together, you have little chats with Mafuyu about random things.

-If you ever asked the most randomest questions in general or before sleeping, she would answer all of them no matter how tired she was.

- Public Affection: I’d say public affection would be more you than Mafuyu. Genuinely putting away her persona, she doesn’t care much about people looking at her because of you.

♪ | 東雲絵名 Ena

- Ena would LOVE to draw and do art with you. She knows your honest with her and appreciate her art. This makes it easy for her to draw without worrying or feeling tense about it. She wouldn’t only focus on her art, though

- If you were an artist as well, she loves to see what you draw. She only gives criticism if you wanted it since she knows how annoying it could be to get criticism when it’s not wanted

-Dates with Ena can include drawing or painting at your house (since you know how annoying her dad is.) Also bringing you to lots of art museums. When she brings you out on dates she HAS to take photos, lots of them.

-In general, she loves to take photos with you and post them if you didn’t care. (She probably takes photos with lots of filters so prepare for that.)

- Ena definitely shows you off to Akito and would bring you up whenever they had an argument. She leaves you to decide who was right even when Akito said it was unfair, obviously when you didn’t know what to say.

- Akito finds it annoying how you two act in front of him and claims how it’s embarrassing, especially in public.

- You and Ena both make fun of Akito when he isn’t around. Sometimes right in front of his face or even behind his back making him hear you to add onto the cruelness. When it comes to this it’s usually how he dresses and how he designs his clothing. if it gets really cruel, Ena still means it jokingly even if you didn’t.

- She takes you out to see her unit members, both mentioning and talking to them about you. (more towards Akito to annoy him) If it didn’t include all of them, she mainly brings Mizuki.

-during her and your freetime, she likes to do your makeup if you allow her to. If you have an idea of what you want, she already knows how to do it. You can call her a professional about this type of stuff.

-plus being the type of person to take photos of you while your sleeping (not creepy)

- Public Affection: Ena doesn’t mind public affection, she is usually the one doing it just like Mizuki. She knows how it’s a little annoying to see people kiss in public, so she just does it on the cheek or on your forehead.

When sitting down at such things like cafes, Ena will bring you close to her. She doesn’t usually care about how people look at you two so it isn’t much of an issue.

♪ | 宵崎奏 Kanade

- Kanade doesn’t go out much, so she probably wouldn’t be the first to ask you on a date. So you’d be the first to ask her.

- When you do go on dates, it’s usually at her house. You do things like watching movies or Kanade talking about her songs. Even though you aren’t part of Nightcord, she still asks for your opinion on the lyrics.

- She knows when to give you alone time, or stay with you if you ever needed it. Even if she has to stay with you the whole day without leaving you already know she would.

- When your ever sick, Kanade is the best for taking care of sick people. (If you read chapters of Mirage of Light you already know what I’m talking about.) If you needed something from the store she’d order it, if you needed it right now she wouldn’t mind going to the store.

- Whenever your out with Kanade, you try to find a place where there isn’t much people. It could be quite noisy, and you wouldn’t like to bother her.

- Kanade is very easy to please, she would appreciate you just bringing her to a field to have things like picnics. Being in the fields of grass and flowers, you two often lay there together and look at the sky.

-Public Affection: Public affection would for sure just be you, if it was Kanade the only thing she’d be doing is holding your hand while walking around. (maybe kisses but low chance sometimes)

She doesn’t go out much like I said, so not sure if there would be much. So the affection would mainly be inside. Don’t doubt it though, she can open up to it more!
