While I do like Silvercandle as a ship, I especially like Silver and Candle becoming ride or die friends w/ a weird situationship. Like they're not dating, they never dated, but sometimes they act romantic-y with each other just like as a treat. Silver calls candle and is like Candle I killed a man, and candle is like Sighs I'll get the shovels.

I don't know if Silver Spoon played Undertale if he'd love Mettaton or hate him; Like yeah it's obvious he'd see some parallels to himself with Mettaton that are more surface level. But when you get to the part where Mettaton is defeated in the ame ("defeated" in the pacisfist run) I think Silver would feel, bitter? Called out? I don't think Silver ever likes to admit his insecurity, whether that's to others (he would never) or even to himself.
