Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Description

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

Rêverie Macabre - A dark academia set of paintings

This is my come back on tumblr! I'm a bit late, but let's say it's a late Simblreen gift from me to you! 🍂🍁🌰 I got inspired to create this set while I was working on a lot that I will share with you very soon (maybe). I use lotusplum's Reverie Paintings very often but I wanted something a bit moodier for this lot, so I went on and creating this one. Hope it gets you in the mood for the dark season 😎 Enjoy !

ABOUT THIS SET : This set contains a bunch of paintings to decorate your walls, with a total of 20 swatches : 10 with a brown frame, 10 with a gold frame. To find them ingame search [AnxiousArchitect], you should find it easily. They're all recolors, mesh is from Maxis. The paintings are actually classical artwork from painting masters of the last centuries ; I chose them all very carefully to create a diverse and pleasant set ! I used full paintings and painting pieces to create new ones. If you're interested in knowing the name of the artists, feel free to ask 🌱 It's fully base game compat....wait, i'm not so sure. You may or may not need Live Together for that one. Sorry, I'll check this out. All of this paintings should be in public domain, which make it safe to share. But just in case, please let me know if you feel I'm not giving proper credit and I will correct it immediately. PREVIEW : -sorry these are poor quality images-not representative of how the set looks ingame-hey this is just a preview after all-

Hi everyone!

Did you miss me? I'm sure you've missed. Sorry again for the delay. I'm trying to do my best, and it may take more time to produce even better quality items in each set. And my time management is my only weak point right now. (And my computer.) For this reason, unfortunately, the number of items in the set is decreasing.

The set consists of 26 items. I was inspired by the Pottery Barn when I was making the bed, nightstand and dress. When I was doing the set, I didn't have in mind to make a closet. But I think that became my favorite item. You can use the closet either embedded in the wall or in a normal way. I have also added many doors in case you want to customize. You can use it completely closed, half open or completely open. In addition, each door has a mirrored, glass or solid version. A closet makes up a large part of the set :( Although what could be more in a bedroom anyway. I also added a ready-made outfit layout so that you don't want to bother decorating the interior. Of course, you can arrange it yourself as you wish. The only thing that bothers me about the closet is that sometimes the doors can't snap to the closet when they're embedded in the wall. In this case, you can make the placement by moving the cabinet away from the wall. You can put it back later. The items included in the set are down below:
