I imagine a student living here. They are very neat and a perfectionist (at least when it comes to the inside of the house) but deep down all they want is to play music and move to Sulani. Whats stopping them is the fact that their parents bought them the house and payed for university.

This is the first build in a series of limited packs tiny houses I'm planning on building (we'll see how that goes). Also, I haven't been posting here for a few years, so hello!

I imagine a single mom with her child living here. They have a magic fairy tree in their garden and a pond with fireflies just behind the hedges. Maybe the land is influenced by the powers seeping out from Sylvan Glade...

I’ve been building alot in The Sims lately, just like I used to and I really enjoy it. I might post some of the builds here if you would like to see them!

Here’s the floorplan of Gohan, the new restaurant I built!

This is a Japanese themed restaurant called Gohan.

It’s located in The Fashion district of San Myshuno. It’s one of my favorite builds that I’ve done and I’m really proud of it. There is one glitch though, YOU CAN’T USE THE UPSTAIRS AND IT’S SO ANNOYING. If you dowload this lot, please let me know if it works for you. Since there’s only toilets upstairs you can easly use this as a restaurant anyway.

Even though Annie stays up alot, going out, partying and drinking, she still wakes up early to work on her career.

With a banging headache she tries to find inspiration, painting and comming up with new unique styles.

Since Annie lives next to a karaoke bar, she comes there sometimes to practise her singing and hang out with her friends.

Apparently her singing is very soothing....

This is Annie River, she is a stylist in San Myshuno.

Annie moved here when she was 17 years old because she got into art school. She studied and worked extra at a studio in the art district. When she was 20 she could afford her own house in the spice district and that’s where she’s living now.

Annie has alot of friends. They meet at the festivals and the karaoke bar that is located right next to her house. She also likes running, drinking and trying different kinds of food. 

Life is not always easy for Annie. She works really hard and she’s often tense when she gets home from work. She doesn’t have anyone telling her to take a break.

Here is the finished house I posted about before!

I’m really happy with it actually. It suits my style and it was really fun to build. The sim I moved in is called Annie River and she is a stylist. I will probably post something about her later.
