Nikto’s diagnosis is quite confusing.

Because the wikia says this:

I’ve seen people say he has DID, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. He would have been diagnosed with that if he did.

I did minor research with acute dissociative disorder:

I personally believe the short but intense episode fits into Nikto’s character. He is far too functional if he dissociates a lot. Sure, maybe he’s just not a good example of it and they didn’t do the research. But at the moment there isn’t really any proof that he has anything that would slow him down.

You may argue that his actions seem too unpredictable to be of sound mind. But I invite you to look up any Russian historical figure and see the chaos of their actions.

showering with nikto always takes longer than it should. He crowds against you, wanting to wash your hair. He dips down to nudge his nose against your temple, his hands cupping your elbows to pull you closer because you're too far away. He needs skin to skin contact. He needs to smell like you and your yummy shower products. Like an over affectionate hound- he'll gruff when you scruff the nape of his neck and rub it sweetly, a bargain to grant you some room to clean. But he just crowds closer. Closer. Closer.

He's just as clingy when you're taking a bath too. He'll sit closely by the tub, even going as far to drag a stool from the bedroom just so he can sit there with you- relaxing with you. He'll hold your wet soapy hand in his, his rough skin hot and scarred against your silky slippery skin. The steam in the room smells like the bubble bath you're using. Lavender. but he swears it's you that's making him feel so floaty and calm. He'll prop his cheek against the side of the tub as he simply breathes, holding your hand firmly with your fingers interlaced. He'll want to carry you out of the tub once you're done, lifting you from the lukewarm sudsy water and into his arms. He doesn't care if he gets wet.
