Thursday equals @quakeroatsuk original ’Oats, So Simple’ sachet day made with @alpro cashew milk and enjoyed with a mug of @cornish_tea_cornish_coffee tea (the tea bags are actually from Cornwall!) For those who noticed or care, I am the same person as @emilyandrecovery - this account is purely to post my porridge pictures because I love it (they should get more interesting when k start eating more) and my other account is a food diary that will hopefully help me recover from my eating disorder. It’s Wednesday, my dudes! And for me and my porridge schedule (yes, I have one that I need to follow religiously) that means that tonight for dinner I had a sachet of @quakeroatsuk original ‘Nutri Boost’ porridge! At first, I didn’t like it, but after a few tries, (and following the instructions correctly) I found out that I freaking love it, and it's super healthy for you! Like all my porridge, I make it with @alpro cashew milk and enjoy it with a lovely mug of @cornish_tea_cornish_coffee with soya milk (yes, there is milk in there - the lighting is awful and doesn't show it!) It’s Ready Brek Tuesday today!! I love @readybrekofficial so much and it tastes incredible with @alpro cashew milk and a lovely mug of Cornish tea with soya milk! I’m sad because I can never seem to get a decent picture of my Ready Brek but I assure you that it tastes delicious! [REPOST] So today marks the day that I make my first post - Monday 19th August 2019! Introduction:

As you can tell, this is the first time that I have done anything like this so it could flop, but I’m hoping that overall it will be hugely beneficial to me. This blog was started a while ago as a way for my previous Instagram account to gain more likes and followers (yes, pathetic, I know!), but now, my Instagram account (I had to start a new one, hence the introduction) has become a critical rock in my life that I desperately need.

This past year has been absolute hell for me - I was very ill and never went back to school, from that I got overcome with anxiety and depression (still fighting hard against that) and on top of everything else, I have an eating disorder - anorexia to be exact.

Technically, I am not in recovery - the thought of it terrifies me, but, I managed to pluck up the courage to tell my mother what has been happening and together, we have me devising a plan that will hopefully help me without the official nonsense.

On my Instagram account, I post pictures of the little food that I do manage to eat (it's just porridge and Horlicks because the snacks aren't worth posting about), but by doing this, I find myself excited to eat my porridge and hopefully, with the help of my mum, it will gradually increase.
