I offered my three year old daughter some Orange juice and she said I don't want blood juice I have enough blood, I want normal juice 🤔 I explained to her that blood oranges are simply a variety of orange with crimson, almost blood-colored flesh. DOUBLE TAP if you love OATS! Which is the healthiest kind of oat?There are 4 types: 1.Steel Cut Oats. These are the least processed oats. Steel cut oats come from the oat kernel, and have simply been chopped into large pieces. Takes 20 mins to cook. least processed oats. Basically, the whole oat grains are taken 2.Rolled Oats. These are the second and steamed and then rolled out into flakes. Takes 10 mins to 3.Quick Cooking Oats. Quick-cooking cook.M rolled oats are the same as regular rolled oats, except they have been steamed for longer, and tend to be in slightly smaller pieces. Takes 5 mins to cook.N 4.Instant Oats. These are the most highly processed oats. Most of the fiber, minerals, and nutrients (that I wrote about in a previous post) have been removed during processing. So which one should you eat?HObviously the less processing something goes through, the more nutrients it has. Thursday equals @quakeroatsuk original ’Oats, So Simple’ sachet day made with @alpro cashew milk and enjoyed with a mug of @cornish_tea_cornish_coffee tea (the tea bags are actually from Cornwall!) It’s Wednesday, my dudes! And for me and my porridge schedule (yes, I have one that I need to follow religiously) that means that tonight for dinner I had a sachet of @quakeroatsuk original ‘Nutri Boost’ porridge! At first, I didn’t like it, but after a few tries, (and following the instructions correctly) I found out that I freaking love it, and it's super healthy for you! Like all my porridge, I make it with @alpro cashew milk and enjoy it with a lovely mug of @cornish_tea_cornish_coffee with soya milk (yes, there is milk in there - the lighting is awful and doesn't show it!)
