Langley Farms - Build for TS4 ❤

Langley Farms is defined by its symmetry and quiet formality, with a fieldstone façade, classical columns, and dormers set into the steep roofline. The gardens echo that sense of structure, with clipped hedges and winding paths softened by roses, hydrangeas, and seasonal plantings. Ivy traces the walls, while mature trees and boxwood borders create shaded enclosures and framed views across the property.

LOT REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

No, really - actually read the notices; every time I upload a build, I get the same questions that have already been addressed in the post.

Base Game Compatible (uses minor decor objects such as plants, spandrels, rails, pool trim, and flooring from various expansion and stuff packs; these items will substitute if you do not have those packs installed).

Note: This lot uses TOOL to achieve certain architectural elements, unfortunately when the lot is rotated after placing, these objects remain in their original position. Therefore, do not rotate the lot after placing it. It orients correctly on the 64 x 64 in both Brindleton Bay, and Windenburg. I have also used advanced building methods to place roofs at different heights on the same level - if you edit walls in these sections of the build (pool house, west wing, garage wing & formal entrance), these roofs will delete. There is no way around this, it is a limitation of the game.

⚠️ INSTALL ALL THE CC INCLUDED IN THE ZIP FOLDER ⚠️

Includes items from shared texture CC sets — I do not use merged files, if you do not already have these sets and are seeing missing textures, use the eyedropper tool to hover over the item, and download that set from the creator. Usually, these sets are by Harrie, Pierisim, Tuds, Peacemaker, etc.

Packaged on 8/18/2025 with game build PC: 1.116.240.1020 / Mac: 1.116.240.1220 — if you are downloading this upon subsequent updates, take caution and verify whether a Sims 4 Studio batch fix is required before installing the cc included in the zip file.

✔️ DX11 COMPATIBLE ✔️ — all of my cc has been batch fixed for the new update and includes all prior batch fixes through August 2025.

Do not re-upload my builds and claim them as your own. Do not use my builds as a base to create another and upload them (if you do, give credit where it’s due, at least).

Do not put my cc behind a paywall. Do not convert this lot to blender and sell it as a scene.

Okay, so my other idea didn't work out the way I wanted it to. It was pretty for pictures, but the cars were visible driving through the trees I used to cover the roads with.

So, I stripped everything back and embraced the stupid boulevard situation. Mind you, I built all this in 5 hours because I'm freaking tired of this save file, and I just want to be done with it so I can "play" the freaking game.

This is the new layout.

As much as I love gritty and run-down, I just can't seem to make it work with Willow Creek.

Willow Creek will be a nice suburban world, where families thrive. It's not the most interesting, but it is very "The Sims", think The Sims 1 vibes.

Added two small (wip) houses and some telephone poles to finish the look of this street. I'll add more cars to the curb and a few other details, but for right now I'll finish building the other two lots - I'm thinking a multi-family house next.
