Base Game Addon (Pt. 1)

Hello! I'm back with another addon. This one is little different from my previous ones since it's a Base Game addon, meaning you don't need to own any packs to use it!

This addon focuses on completing the dining table and sofa collections, increasing the versatility of various wall decorations and adding more flexible shower options. I may make more Base Game addons in the future!

Including various separated artworks, there's just over 100 items included in this addon, making it my largest addon ever!

Unlike previous addons, this one is completely Base Game Compatible. You can easily find the items in buy mode by searching for "Base Game Addon" using the in-game search function.

Merged package and separated zip versions are available. Be sure to download only one option.

Install

To install, place the .package files into your Mods folder found, by default, in My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. Alternatively, you can place the individual .package files from the separated ZIP into it’s own folder within the Mods folder to keep things tidy.

Horse Ranch Cabinets EMPTIED Override

As soon as I saw the new cabinets that came with the Horse Ranch EP, I wanted those boring generic boxes that cluttered the shelves GONE. And now they are. : )

I added small and medium slots to all four versions of the cabinet with exposed shelves, too. Now you can decorate them as you please.

Fanged Up Mesh Edits of @saruin’s Vanilla Teeth!

Needed fangs on both sides for my vampires, so I sat down and did it. 🦇 My first teeth mesh edits! (Way more fiddly than I expected, but here we are. Tried to do the missing teeth version and cried tbh.)

These are mesh edits of the original Vanilla Teeth set, just with some new flavour:

Double bottom fangs only

Double top fangs only

Both top and bottom

They keep all 20 original swatches, have custom icons (Saruin’s originals with my little logo added), and appear right after the originals in CAS.

Base game compatible (technically!) Available for all supernaturals except werewolves.

(If you're looking for werewolf-functional teeth, Saruin’s Paolumu Set already has you covered!) I might make a werewolf-specific version of these too if I feel brave later on.

Jeans as leggings

Pardon my unbelievably cool and creative naming here. I couldn’t find any maxis match jeans converted to leggings, but I can’t be the only one to wear pants/jeans under dresses. So I just grabbed some jeans, made them skinny, and made into leggings. That’s it, really.

hi love :D i was wondering if you would be interested in making a murphy bed in your style please? ^-^ we are significantly lacking CC murphy beds - even recolors are so rare, i'm suprised! my current apartment in the game has one as the focus point in the living room and it makes me sad i don't have much choice with it. hi! i'm not quite sure what you mean in my style (you can send me a reference pic!), so i just converted the one from TS3 for some older-fashioned variety. added some random muted colors (feel free to recolor). and ofc it requires tiny living

and you're right - there are barely any cc murphy beds, weirdly enough. it's no harder to make than a door, so it's interesting no one has really made any. i did find quite a good recolor here though

Hi-def carpets in the ACYL palette

Once I noticed that a lot of my favorite carpets had wildly out of proportion textures, I couldn't unsee it.

So! I set out to make a set of workhorse alpha carpets that were in scale, and still look nice in close-ups. This set is in the Any Colour You Like palette, which remains my favorite palette of all time!

I have the high-res tweak set up in my configuration files, but since they are 1024x1024, I'm not sure if you need that to still see the textures.

Anyway. They're carpets. They look pretty decent. I hope you like them!

Eco Water Tower Dew Collector

Don't ask me why, but for some reason I really hate the Eco Lifestyle dew collectors. I know, they're useful, but I always end up having to hide them behind half-walls.

On the other hand I really love the Lovestuck debug water towers, but they're not functional.

So here we go: all the functionality of the expensive dew collector, but with a vintage, urban, and inconspicuous design. And much cheaper! The best of both worlds.

When i saw that short Afghan jacket on the Businesses and Hobbies Trailer i just Knew that i need a larger version of her and she is properly named after the iconic Penny Lane from the movie Almost Famous (2000) she rocked this style of Afghan Jacket almost as a uniform and i really love her for that.
