I created this set of 12 new items inspired by Parisian apartments (À Louer is French "For Rent") It's a simple collection, but as always I wanted to create items I haven't found from other creators. I've been obsessing over wrought-iron fences recently and I'm really happy with how my wrought-iron pieces turned out.

Converted from Sims 3 by @simdertalia, download the original over here. The mesh is included due to her generous TOU. :) The way EAxis created this mesh for Sims 3 is a little unique for Sims 4 objects. The buttons and labels are on a plane floating on top of the main texture. Doing this gives them a very slight 3D appearance without adding additional polys, keeps the edges crisp as you zoom out, and optimizes texture space by repeating assets. Also, the front texture is mirrored to the back. If you want pictures of the side that faces the wall - for whatever reason - the swatches with stickers will look a little odd.
