Oasis-Chic Dining - Outdoor Furniture Set

About time I finished this set. My first attempt at objects specifically designed for outdoor use (but work well indoors too). It is always nice trying something new like pergolas, chimeneas and alike. After a little hiccup of not liking a seating design i wasn’t sure when I would get around to releasing this, but now it is done I am really happy with the results.

I absolutely love the kitchens in TS4, way better then TS3 kitchens, but CAS would have made them perfection. So I decided to take my favourite kitchen, the BlandCo style, and recolour them in some wood and solid colours. They were released some time ago and dubbed Solid Is Sensational Painted Kitchen and Wood You Love My Kitchen. Since EA added dishwashers, I have finally got around to updating these officially (you could use S4S to do a batch fix previously) but I wanted to do more then just an update. So by popular demand, I have not only updated for dishwashers, added 2 more solid colours, 3 counter top colours, I have also provided a package file of the cabinets with the shader fix akin to what plasticbox at MTS has done.

Classic Wall Set - Eclectic Hexagon Tile Walls and Flooring

I have been sitting on these walls and matching flooring for a while now, and thought it was about time to share them with you all. They are an acquired taste, and not for everyone. They are however quite unique, and I guess that is why I love them. They are designed to be paired up with my Classic Wall Set, but work well as standalone items too.

The walls feature:

Note: These walls are NOT scaled to EA’s wall texture sizes. I wish to maintain the quality of the texture and this cannot be done so with EA’s texture sizes. Some people experience a bug where the unscaled walls show up as a texture with a question mark. So be aware that if you download these walls and experience the glitch, these walls are not for you. I have no plans to scale the texture down because of the loss of quality.

Classic Wall Set: Beveled Subway Tiles 

I have some new walls for you all! It has been a while, but these are some new additions to my classic wall set. They are some lovely beveled tile designs, so you can now use these walls in your wet areas of your homes! Due to the lack of CAS, the tiles are only available in white (do not ask for other tile colours, I will not be making colour variations due to the number of current paint variations and how many image files would be needed just to have more tile colours. If you make walls, you will understand my decision). These will mostly match up with my classic wall set (some colours are not perfect due to the way I needed to make the walls and fix imperfections), but are very close. If the 2 wall sets meet at a corner, then the difference will not be noticeable. I also only did 23 of the 60 colours from my classic wall set. Again, this was done to make the project manageable. I may do the remaining colours in time, but right now, you get only 32 of them. Anyway, here you go. Now go fourth and add some classic subway tiles to your homes!

Patterned Hexagon Tile Flooring

My first flooring! It has taken long enough. I really love hexagon floor tiles, they are just a classic design when they are in a black and white combo. When I was making the Subway Tile set, I wanted a matching flooring, so I came up with these. I think they turned out brilliantly. I did use a 512x512px image, which I think is larger then EA’s default size (or perhaps not), so I am not sure if it will have the same issue as unscaled wall sizes. If so, let me know. They work fine in my game and I have an average computer.

I really liked the baggy tank top that came with spa day, but I hated the neckline. It is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too low low for my liking. I tried fixing it, but gave up on that idea. I ended up experimenting with the mesh a bit more and came up with this little number. I find it works great for macho sims who want to show off their guns.

After the big weekend last week, I am keeping things small while I replenish my creative juices. When I got the Movie Hangout SP, I really liked the items that came with it for the guys. What i wanted though was some different patterns for the kimono jacket. So what I did was find some appropriate patterns to liven it up, and add some more solids too. I also recategorised it as a jacket. I have no idea why it was listed under t-shirts. Anyway, hope you enjoy the simple recolour.

You really don’t see a lot of tank tops around. Probably because after a while they all tend to look the same, It is however a great peice of casual clothing for guys whether then are at home, or out at the park. I tried to make this tank a bit different with a split seam and a longer length and I am very happy with the outcome. Considering this started out as an attempt at a sleeveless button-up shirt, it turned out well.

Note: this top is a longer then a standard t-shirt or tank, going down past the waist to the groin. Because of this, I have reassigned the weight paint and adjusted the UV maps so it should not clip that much with EA bottoms. It will however clip a little (or perhaps more), depending on what it is put with. That is the downside to longer tops. So be mindful it may clip depending on what you put it with, especially CC bottoms.
