With the help of @headlesshomos over Snapchat, a new headcannon is born. 

So basicially, the MWPSB has a large metal cage in the corner of the room, where the naughty Enforcers go when they’re misbehaving (Primarily Kagari and Kou).

But when Ginoza’s being a tool and yelling (as he so often does), everyone usually goes and huddles into the cage just to get away from him. Masaoka even crawls in there when Ginoza’s yelling at him just to be an absolute smartass. 

And just to piss Gino off, Kagari and Masaoka crawl in there every now and again and lock Gino out because it’s their “chill people only club.”

Kagari’s thing for like a year was just constantly rick rolling everybody.

A wise man once said that it wasn't homo until the balls touched (Choe at some point). Choe and Makishima were going to experience just how true the statement was. "It's so hard." Choe panted, his hair sticking to his forehead from the sweat that had begun to develop from a continuous half hour of their current activity. "It'll go farther if you lift your leg more." Makishima advised, his appearance in a less exhausted state than Choe's. "I can't, it hurts if I do." Choe replied, attempting to lift his leg following the stroking motion of his hand. "Just like this." Makishima said with a sigh, lifting his leg as one of his balls bounced at a satisfactory rate. "You want me to bounce more?" Choe asked with disbelief, holding one of Makishima's balls. "Whichever position works best for you." Makishima replied with a dismissive tone. They continued to play their competitive game of hacky sack, with Choe still unable to lift his leg high enough for the ball to bounce back to him.

The Sibyl system can be easily compared to a religious parent.
