I think all of the modern au’s with steddie are fantastic, but everytime I think about Eddie having a cellphone and free-reign of the internet, this is the type of stuff he would send to Steve on a daily basis:
Bonus:
When Steve refuses to leave work early and come home to Eddie he gets this-
Hi Dear! I’m so sorry this took me so long to get too, I didn’t get a notification for it!
12. manga or anime?
This is a tough one. I’ve always been a real sucker for animation, and the anime is what roped me into buying the manga in the first place, but I love the manga so much. There’s things in the manga you don’t get in the anime, such as more dialogue from Matt, Near being more expressive, a slightly different ending, the list goes on. Also the art of the manga is just incredible, I’m amazed by it and I sometimes flip through the pages just to admire it again. It’s hard for me to choose honestly, but since I haven’t read through the manga in it’s entirety just yet, I’d have to say the anime as it’s what introduced me to the wonderful world of Death Note mayhem.
19. was Near a worthy successor of L?
I think that Near was a worthy successor of L, but I think that he would have been more worthy if he had worked together with Mello. Near has L’s intelligence, and he’s calm and calculated, but L had slightly more presentable emotional intelligence than Near did that I think really enhanced his understanding of other’s and their actions. Near’s logic, quick thinking, and persistence combined with Mello’s drive, action, and valor as well as both of their willingness to act and combined intelligence would have made an unstoppable detective team. Which is really unfortunate given what happens to Mello.
From this ask meme: https://cressidamoon.tumblr.com/post/641515323666890752/death-note-ask-game
Waking up after he’s sure he died, Mello reminisces on his life and tries hopelessly to escape his mind. He clings on to the memory of the only thing he knows he can trust, Matt, while the world he knows burns around him.
Hello (: if it's not so much trouble can you please do HC of Shinigami BB please thank you ^_^
Hello Dear Xpineapplexo! It is never any trouble! I’m so sorry for how long this took me!🖤
He’s one of the most bored Shinigami that ever existed. He’s always seen lifespans, so this isn’t new or interesting, and now he has to kill to stay “alive” rather than for his grand plans.
He is used to (and preferred) getting his hands dirty when he kills. This whole Death Note thing is a real drag.
Thinks the other Shinigami are boring jerks. They won’t play cards or gamble with him (because he cheats), but they also make it too easy.
He likes puzzles and riddles, things that actually challenge him, and he can’t find anything like that in the Shinigami Realm.
He wins a Death Note from another Shinigami in a poker game or steals one, so now he has a second one like Ryuk did.
Spends a lot of time staring into the human world until he finds the perfect person to give the extra Death Note to. This person is actually chosen by Shinigami B, not just gets the Death Note at random.
Shinigami B and his human spend many years causing trouble & carrying out all kinds of horrendous schemes, (and if L survives the Kira case you can bet that his entire goal will be to create a case that L cannot solve with the help of his murderous human sidekick..)
