The Amazon Treasure Truck has these for Fathers Day, so I ended up getting one to use for “craft cocktails”, as the kids say (I still call it booze). I put 1 bottle of Hendricks Gin, 16 Oz of fresh squeezed lime juice, and 8 Oz of simple syrup. Pressurized it to 15 PSI and "force carbonated" it for 2 days in the refrigerator...
