Their canon robot designs are already the peak of appeal to me, and I prefer exploring them as weird metal aliens with otherworldly culture and biology, so I wasn’t sure if I’d ever indulge in humanformers… But I ended up caving cuz I was curious about how I’d style them///

It was such a fun challenge trying to maintain their canon silhouettes and design features, translating their helms to hair, frames to clothes, etc! I might revisit these designs later to redraw stills from the show
