Belinda Chandra: Originally a dedicated nurse who challenged the Doctor, her character was watered down to the point where seeing the Doctor torture a guy only phased her for a few seconds. Eventually forced into compulsory motherhood TWICE against her will by men (Conrad and the Doctor) altering reality.

The Rani: After two years of buildup, she gets a convoluted storyline that ends when she's abruptly eaten by a giant skeleton
