Yesterday I took a walk to this little #cairn on #passaconaway. Then this morning had breakfast on top of #mtjackson with #mtwashington in the foreground. Then I decided to go climb the big cairn on #mthale before lunch. Now I'm back home ready to fight the school traffic.

To wander down the tracks is like taking a trip into the past. To imagine the labor that went into building this rail line back in the 1800's. 100's of men laying the railroad ties and banging the nails all in an effort to bring tourist to the area as well as for trade.
