also i seriously considered spending way too much money to get a fat 1/6 body to make a hurk, but I couldn’t find a face that I liked for him and the bodies had shit articulation for the amount they cost (Mostly fat bodies existed for the sake of like wrestlers so were made for aesthetic rather than pose) and the padding you can get to add to regular bodies wouldn’t have worked with his usual sleeveless look.
But legit if anyone ever sees a good 1/6 head for hurk let me know. I have a sharky, I have Eddie (although I’m upgrading Eddie’s head the second kitbashes of that threezero glenn appear) but the two losers are missing their third loser to share their two braincells.
Like the loudest smelliest versions of the fates from the hercules movie.

He’s shaped like a friend.
Like yall know that he’d be comfy as hell to fall asleep next to or leaning on. And given both his parents that dude has unlearnt a surprising amount of shit. Even if it’s mostly treated as a joke by the writers I appreciate his weird ‘he’s a little confused but he’s got the spirit’ approach to things.

I mean yeah, but fat don’t mean unfit unless I’m misreading something here. He’s also got neck rolls and no defined muscle and a notable belly. He’s probably built like a brick shit house under the fat and strong as shit and in good shape, but that doesn’t mean he’s not also fat?

Some wip shots of the judges mask in 1/6 scale.
Going to wait for the adhesive to set a bit longer then shape a bit with heat, then seal woth glue and then tomorrow should be able to paint and detail. Thinking i might try heating up some wire to score wood grain marks. But at this scale itd be real fiddly, hence the wire not my wood burner.
Just scoeing it in to part set glue to add texture should work fine.

yeah even though the lockers in dutch’s bunker are more classic metal lockerroom looking deals the one I’ve got, which is plastic but can be painted to work, just doesn’t look like it’d be as nice as some of the workshop displays and locked storage stuff ive seen. Which is all mesh and metal and looks very industrial and more in the spirit.
But would also cost money.
And I already have paint and the one locker. I also have a gotta be close to two decades old at this point bright blue and pink metal desk locker that came from Ltd Too when i was a kid that is in scale and the reason I still have it is for doll shit. Eddie wouldn’t be a fan of the color scheme so much, but I already have my grubby feelers out for a headsculpt that would work for Jasiel (my captain)
I saw one that would’ve been friggen grand for younger Jerome but it sold out long before i could get the money for it. And I have found legitimate good sculpts for John and I think Jacob while just farting around on kitbash stores and stuff. But I don’t like either of them so they’re low on my priority list. That awful tiny faced one I found just made me so happy and still does every time I see it.

Eventually this will become a bunker based roombox. Going to cover floor and ceiling with plaster or grout or something to give the cement look which is cheap and easy to do and will make the corrugated texture that happened because of too much paint not be visible anymore on the bottom. Then paint and weather.
Thinking large plastic tubing painted for pipe work since the only home repair store that sold piping i could've used closed but i can get large plastic tubing in varying sizes by the meter.
Ive got a bed and a single locker but its not quite right, so im going to make a non bunk bed using dowels probably.
Still deciding if i want it to look like New Dawn where it began style or just a standard bunker. Which really only effects lighting and wall deco. Which arent such big things.
