why is everyone assuming that Mrs Flood is just as evil as Sutekh? We know nothing about her.

Sutekh is the one who waits, the god of gods, he is actual Satan, the most powerful being in the universe, extinguisher of all life, the god of death, father of the toymaker, leader of the pantheon of discord.

me, glasses on crooked, hair a mess and clearly haven't slept in weeks: Susan Triad said "I dare to hope" which is what old Ruby said in 73 Yards... And Susan Triad clearly isn't Susan Foreman but has some kind of mental connection to what is going on... And Mrs. Flood seems too sinister to outright be Susan Foreman so what if they are both red herrings and Susan Foreman has been right in front of us all along? What if Ruby is a time lord that doesn't remember being one somehow?

What I am suggesting is… What if Ruby is Susan which makes this new season a literal season 1 soft reboot because the Doctor has been traveling with his granddaughter the whole time?
