Hi!

Hello! Welcome to my little corner of Tumblr. I'm new here and just getting the hang of things.

I'm French Canadian and go by she/her. English is my second language, so there might be a few mistakes here and there. I hope to connect with a few of you, so do feel welcomed to engage with me.

I've been playing Sims 3 since 2013 and Sims 4 since 2020. I like to build and create stories. I loved to write when I was young. I haven't taken the time to do so for years and have been missing it. Your stories here have inspired me to start again.

So, to get me going without too much pressure, I decided to post about my new gameplay following The Fatal Flaws Legacy Challenge by @siyasims. I'm taking quite a few liberties with the challenge, for my own enjoyment.

So here's Maxime, or Max for short, my runaway teenager who hides behind a mean temper.

A HUGE update to the Fatal Flaws Legcay Challenge, I've done an entire gen since the last update I did! So here they are!

Our lovely gen six heir was VERY difficult, I tried putting him through uni but the housing was an issue and I missed a couple of the goals by accident so it was a bit of a stressful one, but I do love Quartz a lot and he's definitely interesting.

Divorce spouse and lose everything ✅

Quit job and move out to an empty lot with nothing ✅

Reach Level 10 of another career ✅

Quartz did have a part time job as a teen for maybe a week because I completely forgot, I also forgot to complete the Goal Orientated aspiration as a teen, BUT Quartz did go on a family vacation to Mt. K and now lives there!

The angle I went with their storyline was essentially high school sweethearts gone wrong, they naturally argued all the time so I decided that the story was a couple of teens who should've have moved in together during college because it just all went wrong. Trinity is an absolutely lovely sim so I kind of framed it with Quartz being the bad guy, so he deserved being kicked out with nothing, because he cared more about ambition than family.

I don't have any screenshots unfortunately but after the divorce, Quartz went back to uni to study Psychology, but actually in a dorm instead of the housing I renovated for them last time, and he got a job as a Professor! He got to level 10 pretty quickly and I was able to build him a good little house, not big enough to fulfil his Mansion Baron aspiration but it's pretty and functional!

Next, we met Naomi! It didn't say anything about new relationships after the divorce but I've never really done that before so I wanted Quartz to find someone new and he did! Naomi is the sweetest, I did randomise her traits because I didn't want her to be non-committal but she's honestly one of my favourite generation love interests!

Finally, the next gen! Amber is the the cutest, so far I have zero ideas for her storyline to go alongside the rules but she's doing great, I didn't get to see her grow up much of course because Trinity had custody but she's now living with Quartz and Naomi and they all get along well.

And we're all caught up! I'm so excited that I'm reaching the end of this legacy, I absolutely love playing this and I can't wait to do the evil gen and get to play with an occult sim!

olivia's working from home so she can hang out with her kid/s all day :) she's a lot less angry all the time now.

maisie's trying to be supportive even though her daughter had a baby like 2 weeks after moving out... anyway... welcome quinn!

she can't stand listening to his loud old man sex every nigh (the joys of apartment living) but she always feels super guilty after yelling at him.

I haven't been bothered to edit screenshots so here is a huge update!

Selina and Rosalie aged up into adults and went through university, Selina is now an author and Rosalie works in business!

Big thing, Lazuli and Theodore finally got married! That brings hot-headed gen to a close! They are elders now, and Lazuli had a gathering of all her elderly friends (because they are all dying and she is always sad).

The generation four twins are young adults now! Malachite is studying biology for his doctor career and Nephrite is studying fine art towards a music career, and he's a level 10 violinist!

Also, Malachite has a...fiancé? So funny story, I opened the game today and the lovely love interest Kaylin proposed! Despite them not actually even dating yet! They had their first kiss after getting engaged! So random but I love it <3

I'm so excited for gen four and to start the doctor career :)
