It seemed as though whatever way Jack thought of it, the outcome was unfavourable in a different aspect. He would be left with blood on his hands, plagued with guilt, something he’d never wish to experience. Jack didn’t want to lose any of the aforementioned, regardless of whether it was a game they were playing or not. “I’d sleep with Vidia,” that much he could confirm. “And take a bullet for Tink.” His own form of twisted humor came in his last response. “It’s a surprise Sally has lasted this long knowing me anyway,” a dry, parched laugh emitting from the back of his throat as he continued. It wasn’t specified what kind of death would ensue, what form of murder, and to ask someone in the field in which law was enforced was almost laughable in itself. “It would be involuntary manslaughter, of course, but I would do everything in my power to bring her back. Or simply assure that she did not die in vain.”

HC + Tea

He is not someone that will actively reach for tea when it comes to a beverage of choice. Jack will opt for a warm, strong cup of coffee to start his day ( and to get him through it ) but he doesn’t have anything against the occasional cup of tea. He prefers it black, much like his coffee, and not watered down. Sometimes he’ll add a dash of cream, but not much. He doesn’t dislike tea. But he wouldn’t choose it when given the choice.

“Ugh. Well the alcohol will have to do then.” Looking down at her dress Vidia leaned back slightly to examine it. It was a lot sparklier than what she was used to but her stylist had been quite instant that it was fitting for an ice theme. “Thanks, it was designed as a wedding dress but my stylist said it was a solid choice. You look fine a well.” She added with a smirk.

As Vidia looked over her dress, he gave her a once over. It was foolish of him to think of describing her as beautiful. In truth, there was no way her beauty could be described. Every word seemed to pale in contrast to the reality. His attention diverted to the bartender, showcasing the bottle of champagne in order to get Jack’s approval before opening it upon his proven satisfaction. Once the drinks had been poured, Jack raised his glass. “I think it was an excellent choice,” he spoke fondly, taking a second glance to admire the detailing on the dress in question. "No one could have worn it better.”
