We would also like to pay our respects to Noah Nelson, the voice actor for male orcs in Skyrim who also provided voicing for male orcs in Oblivion Remastered. We didn't realize it at the time, but he passed away during the development of OBR, the game is dedicated to him.

Woman who definitely doesn't have any specific kink: I think more games should have the player put in a pillory when caught by the guards like the sims medieval had sometimes I think they should do that in eso like obviously you'd still have the option to pay or resist arrest but like there's towns with pillories just sitting there unused and like you could just be there until your bounty clears I think lots of people would enjoy that it's not a me thing at all

to be clear, im only bangin on about the microsoft boycott as much as i am bc this is primarily an elder scrolls-themed blog with mostly elder scrolls fans as followers. i don't think that boycotting the Oblivion remaster should be the be-all and end-all of your pro-palestinian activism.

however. i do think it is, in many ways, the bare minimum for TES fans such as myself and my mutuals/followers. boycotting is a non-action. you don't even have to DO anything. for a lot of us, who may be required to use Microsoft products for our jobs or studies, avoiding the company entirely isn't an option. but refraining from purchasing a remaster (!) of a game that already exists is actually really super duper easy and in fact the one thing that BDS is asking of you at all - to abstain, insofar as it is in your control to do so, from giving Microsoft any more of your money. that's kind of how boycotts work.

i understand that a lot of TES accounts on here may not have heard of the boycott yet, or they may not have connected Microsoft to Bethesda. but i think some of you are being wilfully ignorant. i don't want to talk about the remaster, hear about it, or engage with it in any way whatsoever. and while i don't personally think it's necessary to withdraw from the fandom altogether - i won't be, and im not expecting others to - i have no interest in interacting with anyone who purchases this game with full knowledge of the boycott. there is no excuse on this earth for crossing that line. so if you buy the game, talk about it, and then find yourself blocked? that's why.

That Creep is nowhere NEAR Nemona's gut punch of a story.

She was a girl who became one of the most powerful trainers in all of her region, was born to a somewhat wealthy family, and was beloved by her school.

But... Because of the power, it drove people away from her... Everytime she wanted to battle someone, they'd refuse, and say they were "Nowhere on her level".

She was an Autism coded, (not saying she has autism, but she shares a lot of symptoms of autism), battle hyperfixated gal who just wanted someone on her level so she could improve herself.

She was alone. Possibly scared, and confused. But then, one faithful day... You, the player arrive in Paldea.

You're someone who has the potential to be that very person that Nemona needs in her life. She encourages you, guides you, and pushes you to grow stronger.

I love her for that. She's just a lonely, Hyperfixated, possibly neurodivergent (Possibly Autistic, but again, I'm no psychiatrist), girl who just wants a friend on her level.

A very REALISTIC story in a non realistic world.

With the date for the remaster finally dropping and me posting a lot of HoK lately now's a good time to remind everyone that you should not waste your money on the remaster, both because it looks bad and because of the Microsoft boycott which is significantly more important. I promise you the original game still runs good, still looks beautiful, and if you can't settle for that, Skyblivion is right around the corner.
