Mufasa Au :3

spoilers ig, WATCH THE FILM.

(Its a lil dark so yeah :3)

Basically Taka still teams up with Kiros and his pride, betraying Mufasa, but he never saves Mufasa from Kiros, and he dies. Taka then becomes Kiros's "adoptive" son, taking the place of Shaju. They rule over the valley of kings and Milele together, Taka basically becoming Kiros's successor. He never gets his scar, never becoming Scar.

When Taka meets Mufasa's mother, he recognizes her scent, smelling Mufasa on her. He realizes he regrets everything, but he can't turn back now. He still becomes king after befriending the hyenas and still rules the same way that he did in the 1994 film. He basically forces Sarabi to become his queen and takes influence from his father and Kiros. (i have another au where their in love:333 [Obasi and Kiros]. I'll post it next :33)

Taka has nightmares about that day. He knows he regrets it, but pretends not to. He misses his brother, or at least who he used to be. This au is basically through Taka's perspective rather than Mufasa's, meaning it paints Muffy as being the villian. Stealing the love of his life, basically killing his parents, putting them in danger, ect.

Kiros treats Taka like his son; similar to how Mufasa treated Simba, but with malicious motives, rather than "keeping the circle of life afloat." He allowed the lionesses to stay in Milele; Taka convinced him. Taka still has some kindness in his heart. Kiros rules with malice. Eating more than his share, leaving the other lions hungry after only allowing his lionesses to eat first and even executing those who go against him. Taka was never fond of that punishment, but what could he do? Go against him? he'd be- well executed. so he stays quiet.

There's no simba, no Kiara. Nala is still born however, not related to Taka.

Sarabi and Taka have cubs, 2 to be exact. Sarabi has learned to tolerate Taka. Not like, but tolerate. She and the other lionesses of Milele stay together, because they know that at any minute, one of them could be devoured by the white lionesses.

Inaki ran away from the fight scene because he was terrified that the love of his life had passed away, he couldn't admit the true reason to Kiros, as he easily could have finished the job. HEHE :3

Obasi x Kiros

so erm :3 this ship is from an AU, where Kiros needs to keep Obasi alive to find Taka, basically holding him hostage. And he begins to fall in love with Obasi, slowly being nicer to him, and they be kissing n stuff :3

Rafiki and Junia

I like to think that they were Platonic partners, and Rafiki is Ace :3333
