'Things Are What They Seem' album out now!

You can listen and download this album for free or donate us some money here It took quite a lot of effort and time to get this album done and our label dropped us, which means we have no way to put this into physical media, sadly.  We want this released properly, so we decided to ask straight to all of you for the donations you can offer. All the money we gather will be used to release a small press of real CDs with real jewel cases and real booklets. Whoever donates more than 10 euros will get a copy of the album for free. Skinny Reptile Youth is a witch house duo consisting of Francesca (Italy), and Ian (Spain) who “make music with cheap equipment and are trying to make money enough to meet and play live.” It’s so so cool to see that music-making transcends spatial divides, and I have huge respect for these two, who are making some awesome experimental electronic music, reminiscent of the music of CRIM3S, and Crystal Castles. It appears that they have only been around since the beginning of this year, so it will be interesting to see how they progress as musicians living apart! Personally, I’m excited and I think they have huge potential in this field of electronic music. Grab the EP as ‘name your own price’ over at their Bandcamp.

Spanish/Italian electro duo Skinny Reptile Youth make punk dance in the same vein as they stick the crushed up Crystal Castles cds, mainlined dark dance for cheap bedrooms and sticky nights.  They haven't even met except through the usual digital interfaces and are looking for money to meet and play in real life.
