It’s been fucking rough. Working full time night shifts, I work, sleep, wake up at 4:30pm and go on my phone for a couple of hours until I have to leave at 7pm for my shift. One meal a day, no time to see my friends or go out have fun even when I have days off I spend the majority of it catching up on sleep because I’m so fucking exhausted. My coworkers exclude me… it’s pure isolation

Honestly I do t know what to do, I’m working out every single day burning 200-500 calories a workout and 900 total a day. I’m eating around 1200 cals a day but I’m gaining weight?? This is so frustrating

If you take in less than 2600 calories each week (aka 300 calories 3 days of the week 500 2 days of the week 700 one day a week and fast the last day of the week) you will lose on average 5.2 lbs each week. It should take about 16 weeks to lose 83.2 pounds. Are you really going to binge knowing that?

•being able to enjoy intercourse with a partner
•being able to get semi famous on social media because you’re as pretty as a model now
•saving a lot of money from not spending it on massive amounts of food over time
•keeping the lights on without feeling ashamed (if ykyk)
•being happier because people love socialising if you’re thin and pretty

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?
